  1. Mine should be here tomorrow or thursday, I only ordered it Friday. I really liked Falling Down when it was released in America so I'm looking forward to hearing that again :)

I loved her at the start of X factor then she started to get on my nerves and then I just downright hated her but now I love this song and I'm warming to her again.
  3. I've only got Slippery When Wet and even that's just a copy made by a friend (). I really should check out some more of their stuff.
  4. Oh yeah the Blue Monday mix is better than the original CGYOOMH and the performance is legendary! The record, the boots, the dress, the 'hooow does it feel's'.....the bum!
  5. Anyone else think that clip has a PWL feel to it? Or is it just me?
  6. Summer albums are the best, they're always the ones that create memories and this one looks very summery :D
  7. Or maybe people, like myself, are simply sick to death of it. It's been played so much over the years that I'd be quite happy to never hear it again even though it is brilliant and the song that made me a fan.
  8. Wow :w00t: New single & album named & album cover!
  9. It's one of those songs that will always just belong to the original artist, no matter how many times its covered and who its covered by. It'll always be a Kylie anthem. I first got to know it when Steps covered it and I remember my brother telling me that it was Kylie Minogue's song and hers was much better. We found my sisters battered old ROL tape and he played it for me. I haven't listened to the Steps version since!
  10. I thought I read that all the PWL stuff is out now, that there's no more unreleased stuff left. That might not be true but I am suprised there hasn't been a rarities compilation or two put out in recent years.
  11. They're all great and I have fond memories of all of them (only from 2004 though, I wasn't around when they were released lol). I ordered the set with Kylie, Enjoy Yourself & Rhythm Of Love in and Let's Get To It on its own from amazon as Australian imports and I swear they took like six months to come. It was very exciting when they did finally arrive though! I voted for ROL, such a great transition from the bubblegum pop of her first two LP's. LGTI is good too but it does seem like a step backwards after ROL.
  12. I love all her stuff but I think Better The Devil You Know is one of the best crafted pop songs ever.
  13. Fever, but I think I'm biased because it was the first Kylie CD I ever brought. Has it really been 9 years!!?
  14. I wish Victoria had released more solo stuff as what she did release was, IMO, better than anything released by the other solo Spices. I might consider buying a Geri GH album but none of the others.
  15. Robster for me too
  16. Like A Prayer might be my favourite Madge song ever so I went for that, but I love Hung Up and Frozen was the first song I ever brought back when I was 7 so that's special to me :D

Surely it's got to be The Immaculate Collection!? It's a classic and people will be buying it for decades to come. Very iconic :)
  18. For me it's a toss up between Like A Prayer and Confessions, they're both amazing but I went with Confessions. Tough choice though!
  19. I'm quite a casual Madonna fan (fanatic during the Confessions era though!) and I didn't even realise it was out until the other day so I probably won't pick it up until later this week, if at all. It was released a bit too late and I don't think there was enough excitement or good-feeling towards Hard Candy for casual fans and the general public to be interested in picking up a live set based around the album.
  20. I'm listening to it now and the memories from that era are just awesome! Everything just clicked with Confessions; she looked great, there were brilliant single choices, stunning artwork, cool videos, an incredible tour. And even though it was really hip and trendy dance music it managed to suit her age and fit nicely alongside all the classic stuff she's released in the past. I know she doesn't repeat herself but another album of that quality would be nice.

    Take That by far
  22. She's probably sick of music at the moment, since 2006 she's released four Hannah Montana soundtracks, two studio albums, an EP, recorded various other tracks for other artists albums and soundtracks like Bolt & The Last Song, and she's gone on two full arena tours. No wonder she wants a break from it. But she'll back soon enough I reckon.

It's definitely a grower, I hated it on first listen but I'm warming to it. I don't love it though and I doubt it'll ever be considered a Christina classic like stuff like Dirrty but it should be a hit nonetheless and I'm still excited for the album :)
