Surely a New Years Day launch if it is indeed 2025. Not too keen on a Celebs version. Reckon they need to get the casting spot on for it to work..

Reckon just a comeback tour. Like others have said, I think this is just purely for the money and no way it will be as good as their heyday but Liam’s voice is as good as it ever has been and who knows if they will even last the tour or do another one, so does really feel like one of those moments.

Someone I trust (who feck knows where they got this from) said it's been on the cards for a while, but June is when promoters actually then realised it had legs. I imagine Noel's expensive divorce probably helped him overcome barriers as Liam has always been keen for it. Guess they've still got to make it through all the gigs though..

Noel’s gotta pay for his divorce somehow

So probably the biggest rumours yet.. announcement on Tuesday allegedly and major sources are reporting on it too (probably likely fuelled by the comments from both partes recently and Liam's hints at Leeds festival.. and I'm sure there may be something tonight at Reading). Is it actually going to happen this time? :o

I thought you actually played quite well. That Zirkzee goal was unlucky and totally changed the momentum of the game. The De Ligt sub was a bit weird, not really a fan of taking off a CB like for like, can see why Ten Haag did it but it did seem to cause a bit of panic. I'm expecting a tough game next week!
  8. I went on Tuesday to Wembley. Now I am not a massive Swiftie by any stretch, but I had a brilliant time - what a show! It really felt like one of those tours/moments that people will look back on in 10-15 years time and reminicse. Not sure when she will tour again in the UK either, but I suspect the demand will be sky high again. Unlike most people I actually find the Folkmore/Evermore eras my least favourite  And not a huge fan of TTPD outside of a couple of songs, so unfortunately I picked the wrong moment to go to the bar for the final time when Florence came out  Such a show though, I had a great time there but it's only when I look back I actually appreciate just how good the show was and also how lucky I was to experience it live. I dread the day she headlines Glastonbury though as I hate this new fad of people going to concerts just for the headliner then getting a good spot and sitting down all day, it's really unsafe! Probably my most bizzare moment at the show as the queue for the water fountain. Like, I understand that the drinks prices are extorinate, but I don't think there was a Taylor ticket for under £90! Blows my mind that people would queue for 10 minutes for some water and miss any part of the show!
  9. Most people who drive for a living do so for business, their tax is funded by the company. I think it may be electroally unpopular too, but if you're going to do something like this, then now is the time.. Suspect the real reason behind all this is the treasury are forecasting they'll lose billions through electric vehicles not paying any road tax. The road tax system has always been slightly unfair and not sure there is a perfect solution in any case, but more people are only going to go electric, so the solution is either they tax electic vehicles or overhaul the system.
  10. Well you'd scrap the current system and replace it with some form of road mileage system, so the more miles you do, the more you pay etc. - but no idea how they would manage that, unless you ahd to declare your yearly mileage or it was done of Car MOTs. They need to find a way to tax electric cars and still encourage people to switch green, but no idea how they'd implement it. Sounds like a costly solution and one the Tories and Reform will absolutely hate. But I actually think it's probably a good thing.

Brighton & Hove Albion 2-1 Manchester United Crystal Palace 1-1 West Ham United Fulham 2-0 Leicester City Manchester City 4-1 Ipswich Town Southampton 2-1 Nottingham Forest Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 Everton Aston Villa 1-2 Arsenal AFC Bournemouth 2-2 Newcastle United Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-2 Chelsea Liverpool 2-0 Brentford
  12. Sounds like Labour might be pushing through the Treasury plans to over haul the car tax system and replace it with a regressive pay per mile system. Probably a good thing imo, although interested how they're going to set up.
  13. I was laughing at that :D Going to take some time for us to be the finished article, but clear we're not a million miles away. Can also see where we need to improve imo and we have to get those contracts sorted out..

  15. This is a banger! Shocked it got to #1, but agree with the hype over the summer, think it debuted at Coachella if I'm right. All here for the Chase & Status resurgence too.
  16. Man Utd 2-2 Fulham Ipswich 1-3 Liverpool Arsenal 2-0 Wolves Everton 2-0 Brighton Newcastle 4-0 Southampton Nottingham Forest 2-0 Bournemouth West Ham 3-3 Aston Villa Brentford 2-1 Crystal Palace Chelsea 2-4 Man City Leicester 0-4 Tottenham
  17. Are you kidding Steve  We're literally in zero danger of FFP. All our outgoings accost to infastructure development.
  18. Problem is, these players are on insane wages. Nobodies taking Sancho unless he gets a payout and the only place Casemiro is going is Saudi, which is really quiet at the moment. McTominay is the only sellable asset you have left really, seems like a classic Everton signing, but I'd be susprised if they can afford him. Only way Evans is going is with a settlement agreement.
  19. Can't see you signing anyone else without shipping someone out. Surely pretty stacked in the forward areas already with Hojlund, Antony, Garnacho, Rashford, Zirkzee, Amad and Sancho. Good luck finding a holding midfielder.. seems everyone is after one and there's none available
  20. Seems we've turned in to the anti-Chelsea this summer  Feel sorry for Slot already.
  21. De Ligt seems like a classic Utd signing. Not even sure he's that good. I'm shocked Ashworth signed that one off.
  22. If anyone is interested, I think it is down to the NFL pre-season and the Sofi stadium. And another fun fact.. the athletics will be held in the 1st week and the swimming in the 2nd week!
  23. They are definitely over for the time being, until the next thing comes the way. I notice Reform have used this event and the lastto really position themselves in the Trumpism of politics. They've entered full blown conspiracy mode territory now.
  24. Anyone know why the Olympics seem to start even earlier in the summer now? I noticed Los Angles is exclusively in July..!

Thought this was great to be honest. Lots of laughs, throwbacks and great new to reintroduce a few characters to the MCU. I’m not a fan of the multiverse stuff, so good to see this film kind of sewed the seeds for that storyline being tied up. It works with Deadpool and more self contained movies. Was a nice fitting send off to the FOX era too, did enjoy that mid credits scene! Unfortunately had all of the cameos spoiled for me but didn’t take too much away from the experience! Does anyone reckon there was anything in it with the Thor holding Deadpool bit? Or as it a soft play on Spider-Man/Iron Man in Avengers? Kind of shows Feige has still got it and knows how to please the crowd!
