  1. Never watched it properly but why all the dislike for Mrs Brown's Boys?, everyone on Twitter is furious about its upcoming Christmas special.
  2. Could well equal the popularity of Mariah and The Pogues in a few years.

No that was 1978. 1979 had just the hosts and the musicians with no audience.

The 1979 Christmas show was done with no audience but you didn't really notice considering how stitled they were in that period.
  5. If there has to be a campaign to stop Ladbaby this time then the song should be another current big record ie. the likely Christmas number 2.
  6. The UK press still rarely reports on it but the games have been trending fairly high up on UK Twitter lately.
  7. A more sensible title would be 'I miss the days when pop legends went top 40 again after they died'.
  8. You forgot George Michael at the end of that year.

Here's how I would do a lockdown. Local lockdowns only. Pubs, bars, restaurants, gyms, leisure centres, non-essential shops, public sport, garages, museums, libraries ie. all close. Schools, universities, colleges and churches remain open. Sport continues behind closed doors. People must not leave the area in question unless it is a reasonable excuse. Restrictions can only be lifted when the areas have gone right down to zero cases, it could take months at least but imo it is the only way.

Not that I watched it but the all this talk about Dennis Neilsen with his ITV biopic has reminded me that he was even a policeman for a brief time, I mean how the hell can someone who would have been giving criminals what they deserved go on to be one of the worst killers ever? Just horrific.
  11. Anyone else noticed that a lot of the song particularly at the start sounds like the music during The X Factor voting results?
  12. 78. Tommy Farrow - Let's Just. Please let it be top 40 officially in the coming weeks

Can someone remind me why Perfect has so far avoided permanent ACR despite passing the three year SCR threshold from release?

  18. 283. John Summit - Deep End Heard it on Radio 1's Dance Anthems last night and already starting to look like it could do wonders . :cheer:

See that there a number of dance tracks now on the MTV Base playlist due to Club MTV closing.
  20. With Coronavirus forcing EastEnders off the air for the first time ever in its 35 year history after tonight, should this make a response to all soaps having an offseason anyway? Could you live three months or so without EastEnders, Coronation Street, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks every year? The positive is that it would improve the quality and keep fans interested without being fed up or fatigued of a storyline.
  21. Last Christmas has got to be a serious contender, hundreds of cover versions of it out there.
  22. 1198. Hayla - Naked
