Her lawyer is gonna have a lot of explaining to do! It has been revealed that Britney Spears’s recent failed drug test showed that the mother of two had been taking some kind of amphetamine. What’s an amphetamine? Cocaine. Crack. Meth. Speed. Etc. Etc. An insider from Britney’s camp (probably that sketchy new guy she’s always with) first tried to spin the failed drug test by saying that it was Provigil which may have been detected. But Provigil would not show up on a court-ordered drug test unless they were specifically looking for it. Now, Unfitney’s camp is changing their tune and saying that the drug that showed up may have been Albuterol, an asthma drug. It has been reported that Britney does not have asthma but she merely uses inhalers as an appetite suppressant. Albuterol, however, is not an amphetamine, and the class of drug that showed up on Spears’ failed drug test is an amphetamine. The most damning evidence that hurt Spears in her bitter baby battle with K-Fed was the testimony and a report by the court-appointed parenting coach. All of which “concerned” the Commissioner immensely. According to the court’s ruling and the parenting coach’s testimony/report: - Britney failed to meet the parenting coach on three separate and previously scheduled occasions - Britney is not child-centered - “It seems that her choices are more dependent upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children.” - When the kids are with Britney, they have no real schedule or routine - ”The environment in the house ranged from chaotic to somber with little communication at all.” - Britney has a “lack of general attention at times.” - Spears had “no interest in talking to or utilizing [the parenting coach’s] guidance” Per the court, Britney still has to submit to drug testing, twice a week, despite her lawyer’s best efforts to get that removed. A missed test is a failed test. Spears and K-Fed will be in court next on November 26th. --------------------- A Los Angeles judge ruled Tuesday that Kevin Federline would continue to have primary physical custody of little Sean Preston and Jayden Jams. Britney would only be allowed to see her children twice a week for a few hours - with an additional overnight visit. All interaction between Spears and her kids, though, MUST be supervised by a court-appointed monitor. Why did Commissioner Scott Gordon come down so hard on Unfitney? Because he thought that was best for the kids, duh. And what lead him to that conclusion? A less than flattering review from the parenting coach assessing her skills as a mother, which are now a matter of public record. Gordon wrote in his ruling that when Unfitney has the kids, “the environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost somber with little communication at all.” “During all three of my visits, Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play,” the parenting coach told the Commish. The coach also expressed concern that Brit Brit, a frequent and habitual drug user, seemed to have “a lack of general attention at times” but there was nothing she would characterize as “abusive in a traditional sense.” The final nail in the coffin?
