Spice Girls - 'Forever'
It's not gonna be great as the previous two but the better tracklist would have made it a better album and given them better sales. Here's mine, 01. Holler 02. Let Love Lead the Way 03. Right Back at Ya [pop version] 04. Wasting My Time 05. Give You What You Want (no one cares about 5ive outside the UK so it's fine, Mr.X :P ) 05. A Day in Your Life 06. If You Wanna Have Some Fun 07. Pain Proof 08. Weekend Love 09. W.O.M.A.N. 10. Goodbye W.O.M.A.N alone would have added a million more sale for them at the time, such a great and universal melody not to mention the girl empowering theme.

They just really lost without Geri, the way they decided to change the direction along the way, it's not that easy. Darkchild pretty much killed the spice flavour and the spice girls there. Eliot was right his pop version was much better. Basically, they left their kid and teen fanbase and also failed to connect with the maturing one. The original concept was brilliant, had Geri stayed they would have gone with that idea, the thrid would have been another spice classic and a very nice build up to their solo careers. Sob.

Spice Girls - 'Forever'
So true. When you already got TLC and Destiny's Child, you don't need another copy cat. Their individuality is the whole key, it's what set them apart. Forever was quite bland to me, comparing to other albums in the market during that time.

I really enjoyed the video where she's making the dress, the one with Bluebell was also lovely. I think it's better if she's focusing on her creativeness than those fake outdoor activities. She can keep releasing the videos but the content needs to be interesting, the subscribers will grow if that is what she wants. This kind of thing takes time.

This is funny. The Spices have played Wembley 5 times, the fact that they realesed only 3 studio albums and 9 singles, that's a very small catalogue there and still manage to sold out biggest stadiums two decades later is a solid proof how huge they are and not even a full band too. Their sales were insane because they broke all territories they possibly could at the time. Small discography with huge sales that means more people purchased them, not just the same old people bought them 20 times.

I think so, both Mel and SEB.

That would be rude. 25 is a big one, I hope they're aware they're the biggest girl group ever and know how to behave like one.

This is not about SGN in particular, he's been doing a great job indeed. To impact the charts or campaign successfully, it takes a lot more than post links near the time but nevermind it is what it is. Let's hope for the best if the girls release anything. As a group, they are monsters, I'm sure they'll get the support from casual fans as well.

My apologies, I meant British spice fans in general. As someone outside, there are a lot of separate spice groups, I haven't joined any, mostly post here so it's a bit confusing. My vinyls never count towards the charts before but I think I've just found the way. Sorry again to SGN if I came across as rude.

Aren't you supposed to have some people to manage the campaign for international fans? Someone who is nice and trustworthy. July is not that far away, it will come in the blink of an eye. It's February already.

Mel B - Seahorse on The Masked Singer UK
It did look like she was meant to be on the masked singer for only one week, tbh.

Mel B - Seahorse on The Masked Singer UK
The show is still on early stage, saying the show has no impact at all is not right. I wish the performances were longer though, a bit too short but looks like it's difficult for some contestants wearing those costumes. I saw SEB was trending immediately during her performance, some people were very upset she was out, the gays. A week later she performed on Graham's. Mel on the other hand, not trending at all even after the reveal, it were still Holly Willoughby and Olivia Colman, I didn't know why. It's nice though, she sounded good but the dance was the insult to the song lol. Let's see how things go for the winner this season, I can see Robin is winning. The very brief moment after the reveal, they will get the good buzz, it depends on them how to monetize from that but it will be difficult for time like this.

Over one million people have died. Those who are famous, icons or influential should do the right thing. It's not even that hard.

Mel B - Seahorse on The Masked Singer UK
Isn't Katherine Jenkins bigger than spice soloists there and more well-regarded?

Could she at least wear a mask? SMH

Mel B - Seahorse on The Masked Singer UK
They have promised even bigger names in the new season lol. I'm not sure she can tease like that though, they need to keep it a secret.

LeAnn Rimes was by far more successful soloist than Melanie yet she did it. I don't get this negativity.

Mel B - Seahorse on The Masked Singer UK
It was a great show actually, the phenomenon here in Thailand four years ago, it did turn the Kangaroo and Durian careers around. The positive energy and fun all around. The US producer saw the Thai version on TV in the restaurant somewhere in LA that's how the show made it to the US. Putting the costume and the mask on, it stops people from judging the singer by his/her face. It was all about the performances, the ability to entertain, the vocals, the dance moves, the charm. The Kangaroo was a washed up singer and was about to give up his singing career after many attempts and he was being bullied a lot for his face due to the plastic surgeries then the mask singer happened. Though I still don't get the appeal of the Kangaroo, he just had two more sold out shows in October and a lot of stuff after all these years. Looks like LeAnn Rimes and Nick Carter got the good buzz in the US after the final so it's good I think? At least the singers will get the positive feedback if they perform well and make it far enough.

Spice Girls - Chart Runs & Sales Thread: Worldwide
In the 90s Mainland China was not the significant market in the music industry. There were no charts or certification systems, the values were too small. They have been growing rapidly since 2000s though and might crack the top five biggest markets in a few years. Among the 90s western girl groups, the SG have the most followers on QQ music but no where near boy bands like Westlife or Backstreet Boys. The sales data and insight info about the popularity of the girls in China, might belong to the label, I assume. There were a lot of Chinese fans asking them to play there in 2007-2008, no?
