Jeremy is mentally unstable, a drunk, drugs and whatever else, recently off the wagon and they give him endless amounts of alcohol. What were they expecting really? Ken should have gone too. I don't think this will be the last time he says something offensive. I can't stand Perez either. A situation that he had nothing to do yet he tries to makes everything about him. He's insufferable.
