(remember stevie tribute at 2015 grammy special? lol) anyway, Beyonce agreed to do the remix like 6 months before original single release. also she didn't even promote the song, not even 1 social media post. meanwhile ed used that remix for #1 push and then released Andrea Bocelli remix 2wks later. her was obsessed with chart at the time. lol

that is so random for Beyonce. she has no single promoted in US/global right now. then suddenly 6 minutes song. lol

Renaissance only has standard CD release in UK. there is no UK merchandise shop, limited boxset/vinyl was from US store which had 30 pounds for shipment originally. UK sales from there will be very small and might not exist at all if her team didn't submit for OCC review.

seems like audience choose cuff it and summer renaissance as next single. but cuff it is more radio ready, easy song.. so..

from wiki, Lover did 53k SPS with 35k pure sales. her physical shipment in UK merch store says shipped on aug.7 and no bundles. so she will only have streaming+digital sales.

Radio 1 does add some non proper single to their list time to time. like Formation was added back in 2016 Feb. they obviously did it because of current issue + her name value. I don't see it last long.

US store is still closed, UK store was never closed. it was always open. merch shop is driven by heavy fans, closing 1 day doesn't really affect sales that much. especially when she didn't release new bundle/music items in album release week. I'm sure the +95% fans already bought, pre-order them a week ago or months ago. anyway, #1 is well secured with massive margin. so..
