Very disappointed by One Republic's position, bearing in mind its out physically next week, its not looking good This track is WAY better the 'Stop And Stare' and deserves top 3, yet I think its going to struggle to get top 40 at this rate, hopefully it will pick up sales over the week Also, Snap are up and down the chart like a yo-yo I want it to climb into the top 20, it deserves to emulate the succes of Phil Collins, if ITV show it during Britain's Got Talent week it could shoot up the chart  The only exciting part of these updates is 100 - 31, otherwise its boring seeing the same songs hang around

God, the itunes chart is so so so so so BORING at the minute, the top 10 needs a shake up urgently!!!! Why are songs released enter the charts too soon before physical release then they drop fast and never reach a peak position (i think this makes sense) i really feel fed up with the charts right now, yet stuff thats been around since april/march is still top 10...WHY????!!!!! Bring back the charts of the Mark Goodier era, I preferred the in and out of new entries,m the constant movement, i hate these current static charts

I'm loving EE right now, last week was so good, I love the Mitchell sisters so much, I've always said that they were great signings and I hope they continue to get strong storylines And at last, the Masoods finally get used, I love the way the writers are still holding back some kind of plot to do with their pasts which is brilliant I'm glad theyve actually written something good for Heather, still not that keen on the character but showing some potential at last However, enough of Sean, Jean, Bradley, Tanya and Jack, go and take some time out!!!!

I think it's really unbelievable, but the writers are obviously trying to give a 'popular' character some sort of storyline, I think it woul dhave been more credible, IMO, if it had been Eileen (yes, I know it is wrong!!) or Leanne, but Becky, I just don't like the character, this just shows Corrie's lack of strong storyliners keep feeding us with this tedious non stop comedy and tedious overstertched stories i.e. David bratt, baby swap, I'm definelty thinking EE is definetly the stronger soap right now, I hope Corrie does improve soon though
  7. So, I've found a couple of dance tracks that are coming out in the next couple of months. Which do you rate the most, which do you think will be the most successful when they are released. To be honest, dance music doesn't seem to be doing much in the charts right now unless its chavved up and vocoded/high pitched chipmunk remixes which is a shame, cos these three songs are TUNES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here they are, what are you're opinions. Feel free to comment and do the obligatory poll too :naughty: Buy Now - Body Crash 64PPcMHDkjc Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso's new project, due for release in mid-June (maybe the 16th) on Positiva Records, which in itself seems a bad omen :P DJ Disciple featuring Dawn Tillman - Work It Out (Gilbert Le Funk Remix) MJR4N-FLvEg The Radio 1 version sneakily adds a little mention to 'Maidstone' instead of Madrid, I wonder where I'd rather be :D Out on June 2nd through Data/Ministry Of Sound I think Midnight Juggernauts - Shadows LtynjqYUOvk My favourite of the three, this lot have been on tour with the Klaxons, I love this song. They are on MySpace, doesn't seem to be a definitive release date yet but this could be huge in the summer!!!! How do you rate these tracks, give them marks out of ten, for myself: Song 1: 8.5/10 Song 2: 8/10 Song 3: 9/10 What do you think????

I have everything crossed that Snap will get inside the top 40 by Sunday, that would be brilliant!!!! The rest of the chart is as dull as dishwater, the top 10 needs a severely needed clearout and soon
  10. Rihanna will undeservedly be number 1, Ting Tings will be number 2 Will-I-Am could peak at 3 I think, Madge will slip to 4 and dont know about 5, maybe no change for Wiley All in all, a rather boring static top 40 this week then...bring back the charts from 2000
  11. Hang your head in shame, I hope you feel thoroughly ashamed of yourself :naughty: :P
  12. Hey guys, thank you to everyone for leaving your comments on my chart who has done so far!!!! Glad to see most of my chart is proving very popular and there is some love for Saint Etienne  and Wideboys Any other comments/thoughts welcome!!!!

Highest New Entry: Yet another number 2 new entry, Ashlee Simpson (of all people  ) debuts at number 2. Biggest Faller: Joint biggest falls, including 2 former number ones, for Last Shadow Puppets, Infadels, Kylie and Santogold, all falling 5 places. Highest Climber: Physically released next week, The Guillemots rise 6 places from 14 to 8. Longest Runner: The title now passes down to Madonna, now spending their 10th week in the chart. Tip For Next Week's Chart: Will Wideboys and Shaznay Lewis secure the top spot for three weeks!? It's very quiet next and very possible!!!! That is all for this week!!!! Thank to everyone who commented last week, there were way more than usual which is brilliant so thanks to everyone for taking the time to do so, and hopefully will continue to do this week to, feel free to comment on ANY aspect of the chart!!!! I will be back some point next week for the Week 20 countdown, and no set date cos I've got some written work to do for uni, so just keep looking as it will appear anytime next week, maybe Wednesday, Thursday or Friday!!!! Till next time then...Whenever that may be
  14. Good afternoon to everyone in Buzzjack, and another early chart, I may aswell just change from Thursdays to Wednesdays now!!!! I'm looking at my room at my uni house and I'm thinking should I do my massive pile of ironing or should I do my chart a day early before rehearsals...yeah, tough choice I know :naughty: Anyway, back to the chart, this week the chart slows down to feature just 2 brand new entries, that is before another impending massive clearout coming up within the next couple of weeks!!!! Bidding farewell to the chart this week are: Dropouts: 20 - Estelle featuring Kanye West - American Boy {10 - 1 - 1 - 3 - 6 - 10 - 11 - 15 - 20} 17 - September - Cry For You {4 - 8 - 9 - 13 - 17} This week's new entries are the most random ever, two songs I never expected to ever see enter my chart in a long time, but they don't appear until the top 10 so a little time to wait. First up this week at number 20, its a track thats been on my chart for 6 weeks, its down a few places this week for......
  15. My feelings on McFly are well known, tbh I saw their singles reduced to 50p in 2005 and even that seemed too much money to pay for 2/3 tracks, let alone a complete album, I wouldn't want even if they gave it away, I wouldn't even touch their stuff with a bargepole let alone subject it to my worst enemy that would be cruel

  17. Wasted vote for The Ting Tings, I'm still not sure about 'Warwick Avenue', it hasn't got the same appeal as 'Mercy' had for me, but give it time, it may grow on me

Oh yeah she's improved it  : Cotton signs two-year ITV deal Monday, May 19 2008, 09:18 BST By Simon Reynolds, Entertainment Reporter Antony Cotton will extend his stay on Coronation Street after signing a new two-year contract with ITV. Cotton, who plays gay barman Sean Tully, has reportedly agreed a £120,000-a-year deal that will also allow him to develop his own projects at ITV. "I look forward to some exciting new storylines in the Street and developing future programme ideas with ITV," Cotton told The Sun. An ITV source added that Cotton may host his own gameshow. "He's done well with his talkshow. Now we want him to try his hand at something different. A new gameshow is a big possibility." Why does Corrie seem to think he's popular Great another god damn 2 years of his AWFUL acting, he's never had a decent storyline cos everytime the writers try he gives it all the acting effort of a pregnant dung beetle...PLEASE DEAR GOD GET RID OF THIS SMUG G*T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I nearly wet myself when I saw Sonny J had been added but it was only the video download and I'm not paying 2 quid for a video, I'm hoping it gets added as a single soon!!!! I LOVE THIS SONG SO SO SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Right, I'm going to start by making quite a strong statement ahead of an exciting and scary looking brilliant 2 parter... THIS IS THE BEST EPISODE OF THE SERIES SO FAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I loved it I was hooked from start to finish The episode was written brilliantly, the acting was superb too, I loved both characters that Fonella (i hope ive spelt it right) and Felicity played, and I thought the murder mystery idea was brilliant, a nice diversion from the usual DW formula I dont know what else top praise it for, it was a brilliant episode and my fave of S4, I also want to say that Catherine Tate, for me, was at her most consistent acting wise for the whole series, hopefully this is the start of her fitting into the role alot better. Such a great episode, now here's my mark, now if they put the dvd's out in this order (123), (4567), (8910) and (111213) then this episode will save a weak collection for me, so: Series 4, Episode 7 gets a mark of, drum roll please, :o :cheer:   :dancing: 10/10
  23. 1Dave2006 posted a post in a topic in Television
sodding football, i hate it so much and then next week they move DW to next fortnight for Eurovision...great...NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if Felicity Kendal's character dies, and she isnt a baddie, the episode IS going to lose at least 2 marks , but im hoping this story may be the best of the series ahead of another Steven Moffat 2 parter woo!!!!
  24. LSP's easily for me, I find the Wombats stuff a bit generic in comparison!!!!
  25. Baring in mind: (a) their last 2 singles failed to make the top 40, stalling at 48 and 49, (a) they've had a number one album I really don't think this will be that big, I'm guessing it could scrape the top 40, but I'm not sure about this
