Alesha ∙ The Alesha Show: The Encore ∙
I love this album, I got it for my birthday on wednesday and its amazing  Definite highlights and future singles have to be Chasing Ghosts and Play Me And I just wanted to say to those reviewers who were slightly nasty about the album...you're all wrong and musical snobs who probably think Katherine Jenkins is the height of musical excellence... The Alesha Show is a fun pop album and I think its brilliant and possible fave of 2008

Life without Woolies
I am one of the 30,000 of employees whose job is on the line if the store closes and I cannot stand all this press speculation, stirring up panic, especially in the store I work in there was massive things about us not opening and now, having seen other companies going down in the news I can bnow appreciate the worry and the fear of beiong unemployed and not knowwing anything, where the press keep making things sound worse and causing panic

Dave's Brand Spanking New Singles Chart (Week 42: 30.10.08)
Hello to everyone, and welcome to my brand new chart for this week. Week 41, which I posted on Monday, is hovering around somewhere so in case you need a recap, last week saw yet another one week number as M.I.A was pushed down to number two by Peter Kay's latest creation, Geraldine McQueen. On that note I have noticed she/he is releasing a Christmas single which should be the Xmas number one just to se the look on Simon Cowell's face!!!! Anyway, back to this week and will Geraldine do what the last six acts have all failed to do and stay at number one for more than one week?? You will have to stay here and find out first, all I will say is that there are 3 brand new entries this week and it is very very close at the top of the chart so stay there to find out. Here are the casualties of the week: Dropouts: 20 - Cyndi Lauper - Into The Nightlife {17 - 17 - 11 - 3 - 2 - 7 - 9 - 12 - 18 - 20} 18 - James Morrison - You Make It Real {3 - 7 - 9 - 15 - 18} 17 - The Last Shadow Puppets - My Mistakes Were Made For You {17} Now, to mark the fact that my last chart of 2008 is only a matter of weeks away, over the course of the next seven weeks, I will be posting the records that have been number one on my end of year countdown over the last 7 years, so this week here is the number one from 2000 and let me know what you think about the track... 2000 Truesteppers featuring Victoria Beckham and Dane Bowers - Out Of Your Mind 5VqQxe83ztQ
