Hey i read in Scar Tissue tht Anthony was close to Kurt of Nirvana. I just want to say and i know i will be offending alot of people but Nirvana is Trash :mellow: Sorry...... John also thinks they are garbage i saw him say tht in a interveiw and he also said Kurt is basically a coward for killing himself and not wanting to see his daughter grow up... Sorry i have no respect for Nirvana and the only thing worse than Nirvana on cd is Nirvana live... YUCK!!! It pisses me off how many people really think they r great when a band like the Chili's and many others work their asses off to make really good music.... Kurt Cobain was not a real musician and was nothing but a no talent hack.... OVERRATED GARBAGE

Yeah some good songs on here but i less woulda been more for this album. i woulda loved it if it were cut down to 15 and then put out, the 28 songs were way too many and as someone said didnt leave wanting more as other albums did.......... I was dissapointed with SA...... :angry: :( :mellow: :huh:

Well if John really felt this way i understand, SA was a poor album for the RHCP but i read in my guitar magizine in a interveiw with him tht he enjoyed making this album? I am confused :huh:

Can't Stop Around The World By The Way Charlie Easily

I always skip Dani California. I was most disapointed with the RHCP as in my mind being one of the most creative bands ever (rap rock and funk rock) stealing a Tom Petty song. Even if it didnt have the same chord progression and lyrical theme as Last Dance Mary Jane it was a poor song choosen to represent this album. But other than tht songs that just arent tht good in my opioion are She's Only 18 (i like it until the chorus), Slow Cheetah, Strip My Mind Especially in Michigan, and We Believe. Slow Cheetah and Strip My Mind really aren't too bad but i am just not very fond of them. As for We Believe and Especially In Michigan these songs dont even sound like the Chili's i know and love. And again She's Only 18 is kinda cool until tht chorus which is so lame! :( But anyway Stadium Arcadium was pretty good but By the Way, Califorication and Blood Sugar Sex Magik were a ton better....

6 for me too..... It didn't flow as well as previous albums.... W By The Way, Californication and Blood Sugar Sex Magik were much better albums with like half the songs. It has solid songs but putting a whole bunch tht shoulda been cut out ruined it for me. I really enjoyed the funk coming back a little like Charlie, 21st Century and Hump De Bump and a few others but songs like Only 18 and Especially in Michigan ruined it for me.......... :blink:

Hey I read in the book Scar Tissue (tht i am sure many of you are familiar with) tht when John was pissed at Anothony he purposely screwed up Under The Bridge when they played it live at Saturday Night Live in 1992. I have seen other performances where John messes up on purpose as he was not happy with being in the band but i have not been able to find the one where they play Under the Bridge at SNL in 1992... Can anyone tell me where i can find this video?!?!?!?!? Thanx.......... :)
