Well like I said I don't mind doing it if that's what we're gonna be doing - Yes it is easy to do but my point is it's supposed to be about the cover art isn't it? Whatever I don't care that much but when you go to the extremes of designing a disc and showing the jewel case from different angles etc it all gets a bit stupid.

Are we really gonna start getting into jewel cases and discs and jewel cases at different angles etc? Not that I mind doing that, but I do think it gives those of us who do it an unfair advantage over those who don't. Also, it just makes the whole process more messy when it comes to displaying the entries when voting. Can we have some restrictions before it gets too ridiculous? "Oh and here's the free fold-out poster, and this is a shot of me inserting the disc into my computer etc etc..."

OMG 2nd! Thank youuuu!! I had a Siobhan Donaghy cover all ready for this week and then it gets pulled from the schedule! Grrrr... I need to pick a different one.

NONE of the Girls Aloud/Sugababes stuff would ever have been big in the US. The only thing I think would have come close would be "Overload" and possibly "Round Round", and I think they tried with both of those, didn't they? I wouldn't say pop was quite dead there - Somebody mentioned Lady Gaga and they will even embrace the odd europop song (Just ask Gina G, Kylie or S Club) but the days when someone can go over to the US and carve a career out of pop are long gone.
