OK, pretty self explanatory. Out of all the countries, if they could send anyone who was either born in their country or is dual nationality. Who would be potential runaway winners? For example: Poland - Behemoth (Not sure if it would be allowed as they are satanic) or Armenia - System Of A Down (As long as they don't sing anti-Turkey or Anti-Azeri songs haha) Well you get my drift :)
