I'd say Circus, i'm a big fan of both acts, but when I first bought 'The Fame' I only listened to the first 5 or 6 tracks, the rest are forgettable IMO :( Whereas 'Circus' clicked with me instantly, 'Womanizer' and 'Circus' were both amazing and even though some of the tracks were below Britney standards they're still a good listen.

The most rock orientated song on the album finishes eighth. Personally, one of my favourites on the album. The rockstar Rihanna sure does pay off. It was released as the fourth US single and peaked at #64 in the US due to poor airplay but proved a hit in the dance clubs. The song features Black Eyed Peas member will.i.am. IMO the most boring song on the album but it’s a good listen. Rihanna doesn’t really sing that much in the song, more like talk. I think it should’ve been a single as it would be a guaranteed hit because it has will.i.am on it, It could’ve easily gone Top 20 in the US and UK. In the previous rate it finished rock bottom, but after a few months it seems some of the BuzzJack members have warmed up to it and increased their rate. Personally, I like the song as it showcases Rihanna’s vocal ability. It is also the perfect track to close the album. I'm gonna go with 'Overcome', Alexandra's a better singer and the quality of music in the album is much better than '3 Words' IMO. The only thing I liked in '3 Words' was the three singles, whereas in 'Overcome' some songs that werent singles did stand out to me ^_^

I don't think it ruins the charts. I think it ruins the Christmas chart :( I'd rather they not release it during Christmas period. I mean i'd rather have acts competing for X-mas #1 rather than having a predictable #1 ala X factor winner [bar last year]. And with their charity singles, I know its for a good cause, but If only it wasn't allowed to chart :manson: it stops other songs from getting to #1.

Oh no :( I suppose the delay is good, then there would be more hype on the single.

Personally, its one of my favourite songs on the album even though its bland and generic. It is also co-written by Rihanna’s friend Ne-Yo who is responsible for her #1 hit Take A Bow and Unfaithful. Also don’t forget the mention that Katy Perry gets in the song!
