My debut was 12 (!) years ago now in BJSC 42 with Kaskade feat. Skylar Grey - Room for Happiness uSmj-Qc9uDk I still quite like it and rank it quite highly amongst my early entries, it's fairly basic dance pop and I wouldn't really send anything like it these days, I was more trying to gauge the styles of BJSC, but Skylar's got some great vocals and the production is quite immersive. Compared to the rest of my year, I honestly lucked out even though I only finished 28th/29 compared to the rest of my next eleven entries which were utterly disastrous with three last places and eight DNQs (seven consecutive), took me until my 12th contest before I reached the dizzy heights of 21st/30! To those new people disheartened by flopping, believe me I have felt your pain x

I wouldn't normally go for the OGs early, but Flareon is so weak compared to the other two and looks nowhere near as cool. Going for Espeon as it pales next to Umbreon and I do like Glaceon's design.

I'm student facing in education so working from home is a distant memory outside of a few one-off days, though the option is always there in exceptional circumstances. We do have a system though where we work right through the day without a lunch break for four days a week and use the time to have an early day where we finish at 1pm, it's really nice to have that time to relax.
