  1. Votes sent, my 25 is gonna bomb but I have to support it (and a handful of their other classics which will likely do much better x) Gutted I couldn't give a nominations shout to You Can't Always Get What You Want, an essential </3
  2. Ahh so that's what #6 was, the only one I had literally no idea, I had the same problem as others that that looked like a chest rather than a box and it didn't look black, blame AI xx Took me so long to get Coldplay from that image and I got the wrong song oops (much as I'd love to claim that point, I should be on half x) I said #3 would be the most guessed, that was literally the first one I got and thought it would fit the demographic better than Police. Didn't anticipate people not knowing their primates -_- That girl's arm on the Push the Button picture :x

I don't recall seeing you post in that thread and I've been meaning to ask for a while x

And that's me out then! I grew up with Gold and they have remained some of the most timeless pop songs ever made. I don't associate with anything relating to Mamma Mia though *shudders* Both groups left do have a handful of songs I enjoy, not really bothered in what order they finish in though as they're about on the same level for me.
  5. Congrats on the long-awaited win, Lindsey! Decent song and certainly sounded a lot like Dua Lipa so I guess that figures, didn't really get the fuss with COY but it's performance is no longer in doubt after all those vetoes! (and great to see an all new top 3) I only voted for two of the top 10 but it was my 18 and 15 so that's pretty great *.* Knew that Vitesse X song was onto a hit, not miffed at all I didn't try it x Thank you for the wonderful hosting, blacksquare, the graphics/videos were absolutely beautiful
  6. Well I'll take missing the bottom 10 although a repeat position and 25th STILL eluding me in the 21-30 section :arrr: Kathaldazia, Nelionoir and Persephonia all way too low though.
  7. Well phew, I needed those last two big scores! Glad to at least pass 100. Taahino was my favourite of the three at the top (although Danaeviia or Klum Rep somehow vaulting to victory would also be fun x) That bottom 10 though, what are you all doing </3
  8. Not too bad a start, think I'd be happy with mid-table or thereabouts given I was quite surprised I qualified in the first place. Hoping that Bronzil can remain in contention from those up top (and a great jump for Danaeviia too <3)
  9. The fact Trump is refusing to face off again I think says a little different. If Kamala made any mistakes, the media would be absolutely all over it, it's not her quotes that are being ridiculed. Not that I expect it will change the polls much.

Each to their own and all, but those last two were by far the most questionable inclusions in the top 10, there is at least more than a handful of classics from the acts left.
  11. Poor Gasolina </3 shouldn't have left before Hotel Room Service at least! (though I'll be here some time going for Anastacia x)
  12. Best: The Dixie Cups - Chapel Of Love Kyu Sakamoto - Ue O Muite Arukō [aka Sukiyaki] Mr. Acker Bilk and The Leon Young String Chorale - Stranger On The Shore Sœur Sourire [aka The Singing Nun] - Dominique The Tornados - Telstar Much as the Beatles were needed, none of them are quite my big favourites. Worst: Jimmy Soul - If You Wanna Be Happy Paul & Paula - Hey Paula Steve Lawrence - Go Away Little Girl For questionable/creepy lyrics all round x
  13. Robbie, never liked this one, the chorus falls flat.

I wouldn't have had Queen ahead of the Beatles tbh nor that high last time, this one feels more apt, they are a great group who have recorded some all time classics and seemingly a unanimous answer to 'what is the best song of all time' with Bohemian Rhapsody, but their later material in particular lacked the innovation of some other greats. ...but still streets ahead of one certain group who really need to leave soon xx
  15. Sufjan finally qualifiying  I'm gonna run out of doomed nominations for next year at this rate
  16. Peter, Paul And Mary - Puff, The Magic Dragon The Ronettes - Be My Baby Skeeter Davis - The End Of The World
  17. I'm really impressed how true this stays to their sound and how the new vocalist fits in so well that you feel Chester's presence even still. Way better than I expected and great to see them carrying on.

Great showing there for The Beatles (I believe my highest vote remaining), guess that was helped by their 'comeback' last year. That was a good chance to get more into their discography, it is quite incredible how ahead of their time the songs still sound to this day.

  21. Completely forgot this was on oops, but a good inspired winner there. Really like the little I know from them.

Enough please, let's stick to debate and not bickering or the thread will be locked. I would advise caution on jumping to conclusions or hinting at conspiracies at all unless there is substantial evidence and the case builds. Notes that can be interpreted many ways aren't enough.
  23. I was wondering where this thread was, one of the shows that inspired me to get Disney+, one of the most inspired casting ensembles in recent memory. They somehow manage the keep the formula fresh each time, albeit I was less invested last time as the main trio kept being separated. Good to see Season 4 seems to be continuing the quality being high.

Ooft that's a heavy loss right before the top 10 </3 Feel like all my big favourites dropped out now, trying to remember where those last 60 points came from (deleted my voting PM annoyingly). Coldplay came about at the right time of my life that I can't really see anyone else topping them as my favourite band, their new material is largely inferior and sellout but they still manage to surprise me sometimes, and live they are pretty much unmatched.
  25. Woop woop And yes, that is the only eligible answer to this question in UK chart history with the word 'Orange' in (and only two more that made the top 40!).
