It is not a rumor. It was confirmed by a newspaper of Tobago.

In yesterday's issue of the French-Canadian newspaper "Journal de Montréal" René finally spoke about Céline's next project. And it will be huge! According to him a new French album will be released at the end of August 2007. And it will be something really special. The idea for this album came up one year ago during a buffet in Paris when Céline visited France for the first time since 2002 last October. They are already working on it for more than a year and that's the concept: After Céline's collaboration with 4 men for her last French album "1 Fille & 4 Types" she will now work together with 10 women! 7 women from France and 3 women from Quebéc wrote ten songs for this album which have already been proven by Céline and René. According to him they are brilliant and especially designed for Céline. A good friend of hers, Jean-Jaques Goldman, seems to be the producer of the whole thing. He also may write a song for this album but that's not sure at the moment. Recording will once again take place in Las Vegas. René said that he wanted some fresh ideas and a new concept for Céline's next album. But at the moment he doesn't want to name the women who wrote the songs for Céline. We'll keep you updated on this.
