I really can't understand why I Gotta Feeling is still hanging around. Surely everyone has it by now? And shouldn't people be downloading the superior Meet Me Halfway?

Hi monsters! Anyway, so I've got a question. I usually purchase my CDs in store, but I reallly want the limited edition (brown hair cover) of The Fame Monster. I'm worried that if I go to purchase it in store, they'll run out :( So do you guys advise I pre-order it now online? Is hmv a good place to pre-order? Thanks! ^_^
