I don't post on here as much as I did back in the day (ala cool clarity :P ) But I'm hoping some of you could possibly help me out. I'm currently studying media and film at college, specifically a study on modern female action heroes (the likes of lara croft, charlies angles, kill bill etc) . My hypothesis asks 'To what extent do modern female action heroes display masculine traits?' Along with my initial research, I was wondering if a small group of members from the forum would take part in a focus group via msn? If your wondering what a focus group is, basically a small discussion on the said topic/hypothesis! It would be really great to gather some opinions, so I can input my findings into my overall study. Generally I'd like lots of opinions, and I'd basically we just inputting questions and asking for your responses. From previous work I've found this to be a really valuable research method. I would hope some of you would enjoy this, and I couldnt think of a better place to come than the cinema/movie section to get some opinions. Please post back here/message me if you express any interest in this, I'd be very happy :)
