Right, well seeing as i've had a few days to recover...i thought i'd post my mini review :P So i went to the Birmingham show on Sunday night, and i got there at about 4 o clock! There were already a fair few people there, and a few different queues at various entrances. I was quite nervous as i was going alone, but luckily met some brilliant people whilst queuing, 2 lovely girls, and a group of others and a few couples, they'd all travelled quite a way :o Anyway, it was approaching 6.30 and the queues were getting larger, and people anxious to get inside...not long after we were all told what would happen and we got inside..and literally RAN..the staff were going crazy telling us to walk...but as we were close to the front of the queue, we got literally front row :o I was so happy..and couldnt quite believe it. We all knew we were going to be standing ages, so we got comfortable on the floor :lol: The 2 girls i met went to look for merchandise, whilst i kept their spaces..it proved difficult, as we had this man who was this strange stalker trying to find out where christina's hotel was! Im sure you get the picture.. :unsure: So they get back and i decide i really want a tourbook..and as soon as i got up...something triggered and all the standing people got off their asses and charged to the front! I didnt know why, so i ran straight back to my spot :lol: After a wait, the support act Akala came on..not my cup of tea, but he did his best to entertain the crowd with some random raps like "Birmingham..stand up stand" :rofl: The people where i was seemed to be enjoying it. By 9 people began to get impatient and i could hear booing which is understandable..but i expected it after hearing what time she came on at previous venues. By 9.20..the show was about to begin :D The lights went out...and i knew this really was it. The crowd was going mad...then the B2B intro started...im smiling just thinking about it :lol: Then as the video was finishing...the screen lifted and Christina appeared...it was SO surreal but so exciting at the same time :P Then she started off but ANOM and that infamous note...it was amazing! She looked every inch the star :wub: The stage lit up, and the lighting and set really brought out the song i thought. It was a fantastic intro, i loved all her band and dancers, just perfect. I won't babble on TOO much because i know people might get sick of it...but highlights for me had to be ANOM,Still Dirrty,Dirrty,Candyman,Beautiful and Fighter. She gave the show so much energy and seemed to be really enjoying herself. She came across so sweetly aswell, especially whilst talking about Oh Mother. And how can i forget Enter the circus? That really was spectacular, the whole mood was amazing, and the stunts brought out the song well! I loved every second, and felt so privelaged to be so close, and just to see her live :wub: I just hope she doesnt leave it another 3 years..as i already want to go again! :( One last thing...did i mention how GORGEOUS she looked?! Also so many costume and set changes, it really made the show come alive, and big credit to her band and dancers, they really made the show for me! I hope so! I've heard that some people are only now just getting tickets through the post, so perhaps they are yet to arrive for the seller...thats what im telling myself anyway :P

Well i really couldnt resist going, so i purchased a standing ticket for brum (im sure you'll be glad Matt :P ) BUT, its from ebay, so i just hope it shows up! Otherwise i'll be gutted :(
