Here in LookyLion, it was decided by a referendum to postpone our return to the 80's for the/a next round, and go with an absolutely gorgeous song by one of the Boyd siblings (aka Infinity Song). Love all the ToriTalk in this thread! I was 20 when I first head Tori's music for the first time, very early 1994. Actually, the first time I heard her, I was confused. I siwitched on Mtv when Cornflake Girl was playing, right in the 'you bet your life it is' bit, and for a second I was thinking: a new Kate Bush song that is not on The Red Shoes??? Of course they played Rubberband Girl right after Cornflake Girl. Not long after that, Under The Pink came out, and my musical love affair with Tori started. With some ups (1994-2003 mostly) and downs (sorry, but Midwinter Graces is a NO from me). I don't play her music that often these days, but man, when I do, I FEEL it. Same with Kate, Joni, Sarah McLachlan, Lisa Germano. I just remembered when I met her and I explained how my name is pronounced, and my non-Dutch friends just call me 'Wow', she kept saying 'Bye Wow' when we said goodbye.
