Aww, Blusher - one of my victories! For me, that one is still their best

Oh, I hope it wasn't me that thwarted you!

So.......... where's round 182??? 🤭

First Aid Kit won? Amazing!!!

BRING BACK THE POP BLOC!!!!

Or how about Animal Farm: song/artist has to have an animal in their name/title?

Thanks for hosting! I made a great discovery, cheers for that, and also thanks for the voters for Dutch band Earth & Fire, and congrats to the medalists!

Hardly a surprise 🤭

Here in LookyLion, it was decided by a referendum to postpone our return to the 80's for the/a next round, and go with an absolutely gorgeous song by one of the Boyd siblings (aka Infinity Song). I hope a lot of you are as moved by it as I was when I first heard it. And: Enjoy the new round, everyone!

Is plural allowed?

Does this work?

I guess Sinead, yes

I am sure my entry/artist will either already be taken or get vetoed, but fingers crossed hehehe

Interesting thought - but, no - it's a bit of a translation of our national hero's name - Loeki de Leeuw ("looky the lion")

Hey all! - here in LookyLion, we're going 80's for round 182. Who can help us decide? Invisible Limits - Thoughts (1987) The Parachute Club - Walk To The Rhythm Of Your Heartbeat (1986) Body Electric - Two Worlds (1985)

This looks great - both the presentation and the points thus far!

Thanks for the support voor Say Less thus far, people!

Great to see Tori is through to the final!

Love all the ToriTalk in this thread! I was 20 when I first head Tori's music for the first time, very early 1994. Actually, the first time I heard her, I was confused. I siwitched on Mtv when Cornflake Girl was playing, right in the 'you bet your life it is' bit, and for a second I was thinking: a new Kate Bush song that is not on The Red Shoes??? Of course they played Rubberband Girl right after Cornflake Girl. Not long after that, Under The Pink came out, and my musical love affair with Tori started. With some ups (1994-2003 mostly) and downs (sorry, but Midwinter Graces is a NO from me). I don't play her music that often these days, but man, when I do, I FEEL it. Same with Kate, Joni, Sarah McLachlan, Lisa Germano. I just remembered when I met her and I explained how my name is pronounced, and my non-Dutch friends just call me 'Wow', she kept saying 'Bye Wow' when we said goodbye.

Participating here and on Popjustice is confusing - songs that would be an auto-veto there, often pass here; and song that get vetoed here, appear there in one of the various contests. 🧐 Anyway - seeing Spark in this list is a nice surprise!

Let's jump on the National Final train! What to pick for round 180? Please advise... one of my favourite songs of 2025? a favourite in German from a few years ago? a Madonna tribute?

Congrats winner and other medalists!!! Also: coming 7th in my semi, but ending up last place in the final... is that a record??

I am either DNQ'ing or flopping, 🤭

I am... both?

Receiving points in the first ballot, what a relief!!
