Some stupid woman has posted on Will's thread on DS, crowing about the mess up with the "exclusive gig" and saying that Will doesn't like his fans and these gigs are always like that. That was before the new lot of tickets were released, just to his fans. She finished up with egg on her face.

I bought two tickets! I will sell them when everything has settled down. I got them because I saw the link and thought it would be a good idea. Hope someone wants them!

I reckon they ought to sell them through See Tickets which seems to be the best agency as far as I can gather. It is under the Really Useful Company banner - Andrew Lloyd Webber's company.

I can't get on Devoted but I didn't try for tickets. I really think that it should be mentioned to Will somehow that we (the fans) are being short changed in the ticket buying department and that not many of the "loyal" fans got tickets.

Oh, right - I always though "nether" meant the back!

Wouldn't it be better if his hands were tied at the front? He would be able to reach the nether regions if they were at the back!

Sorry Suggy but I didn't know where you lived. As far as I am concerned Manchester is the north-west! At least it is from the Isle of Wight!

I thought he did one in Manchester before. However, I won't even be able to apply because I am on holiday! Never mind all the more room for one of you.

We got hardly any camera zooming which so spoiled the VE Day gig, or any songs cut, or the mike going quiet when Will came on. We have had all those, haven't we?

I liked ICSCN and the last note. He was brilliant, wasn't he? Easily by far the best on there, even though I am biased.

I managed to read the blurb which is very good. I like the picture they use! I haven't played the clip as it is a bit late.

I've had no problem.

What has happened to mine and Munchkin's posts? We seem to have overwhelmed each other! All sorted now - I don't know what happened there. My banner was across Munchkin's and she didn't have a banner at all.

I wonder if it was Rupert was away in Arizona that Will was doing the promo for Keep On. He would have been so worried about his brother at the time - who wouldn't?

My pleasure. It took about five minutes to find the two clips. I just put the title in my Google search box and it came up with the two singers at the top of the list. I've put Johnny Nash's version in Devoted.

Here is a You Tube clip of Jimmy Cliff singing the song. It was featured in the film Cool Running about the Jamaican bobsleigh team. Jimmy Cliff Here is the original singer, Johnny Nash. Johnny Nash

I can't get on Devoted again! I can get on the main page but not the forum. :(

So it has come forward again to 3.00pm and also an additional time of 9.00pm!

He seems to have been the "face of the party" in all the advertising and promo so I think he will be singing both songs. I don't think there will be headliners as such. They have all the sportsmen and women to fit in as well.

It won't be HOURS because the whole programme only lasts an hour and three quarters!

I can safely say that he still does have a fan base. A huge one!

Sorry chrysalis - senior moment!

Presumably you mean James Blunt. I for one am delighted that he isn't around.

He is featured in the Olympic party article in the Radio Times today. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v317/GillP/Olympic.jpg

This is what I think too. She should not be asked to perform. All contracts should be cancelled and she should be allowed to recover. I said on another forum that it is like bear baiting wheeling her out in front of the crowds.
