Lovely pictures - thanks. The thing Will has in spades and Eg doesn't have is charisma. Eg is a nice man but not charismatic enough to be a star like Will. That is one of the reasons why Will won Pop Idol in the first place. That and the voice!

So really he shouldn't be going out too much and definitely stop smoking Will! It must be the absolute worst thing he could do. When I said it was a lovely picture, I meant that it was well taken and lit but it is not one of my favourites by any means.

I think he still looks rather unwell. Very tired around the eyes. But it is a lovely picture.

I wonder what he (the new "bf") looks like when he smiles! Notice there are no cigarettes in his hands.

I have just been to the chiropodist and she says that the Big Tent is enclosed all round apart from the sides where you go in. It gets VERY full and she suggests that you get in there early. Even if you have to see some bands and artists you aren't keen on. She is selling her ticket as she doesn't want to see anyone on the bill (apart from Will) and thinks the line-up this year is dreaful (apart from Will and McFly). However, she was telling me that there are buses shuttling people all over the Island but that it is a 20 minute walk from where the bus stops to Seaclose Park. If you are in Newport it is easier to walk up to the site rather than get on the bus and pay £3 a go! If you go for the whole three days, there is a lot of hanging about waiting for the next act to appear. Sorry to be a bit negative but it is best to know the ropes before you go. There are still tickets available!

I mentioned this to someone and they said that the police and security patrol along the river bank. :( However I can still go to my sister's house to listen - if the wind is in the right direction.

Somebody suggested I should take a picnic and sit on the opposite of the river to listen to Will!

They usually have some footage on local television during the Festival week. I won't be going as I cannot afford it. I will go to my sisters and hang out the window! No, not really. :D They don't do day tickets anymore which is a pain.

You could say that., He is on the left of my banner. He was a Blue Peter presenter until last June for three years. He also introduces the Lottery Show now and then, E24 on BBC News Channel. He also came third in Strictly Come Dancing in 2007 and appeared in the Strictly tour this year, winning six of the tour dates. He has appeared on Alan Titchmarsh, Paul O'Grady, BBC Breakfast, the New Year's Eve programme from the Embankment. He also presented Proms in the Park last year from Swansea and was great in that. I saw him at the Ideal Home Show presenting an award for an invention (an exercise cycle which also rocks a baby to sleep!) His girlfriend is the mezzo-soprano Katherine Jenkins - very high profile! He also auditioned for Joseph before Gareth but had to turn it down because he has other work which prevented him from taking the role! He can play the violin and piano and has a private pilot's licence. He is also the only civilian to complete the 30 mile yomp with the Marine Commandos! Just read on D that he is the headline act at Guilfest, Stoke Park Guildford on 12 July. I do hope he does some further north for people who cannot get down south.

No it is the Isle of Wight! The fields are still recovering after six months! I am delighted he has been added to the line up so early. Last year he seemed to appear in the line up quite late on.

I shouldn't bother. It was invaded by someone who wasn't keen on the programme and reckons he knows more about Will than we ever will! All got a bit heated (towards the invader who is now banned)! I missed the ending - recording went over.

The Alan Titchmarsh Show was great. The interview was so relaxed and interesting. Let It Go was, of course, perfect. I really enjoyed the show - sometimes it is a bit cringeworthy.
