    i don't think it does change mood per se - burial doesn't really do songs as much as soundscapes... the whole EP has motifs running throughout all 3 songs so its almost split just for convenience sake i'd say. it all has the same rooted idea and the same rooted message. it does level up and down though but that's essentially the point... the audio representation of a reaction.

    i kinda think the same about doing a chart, mostly for the fact pitting 40 different songs against another in some way... like how do u do it... is it just you being SNOBBISH

     

    but i like it for the records thing so u know i won't rupaulogise

    exactly john. people will say that anyone can't sing judging by live performances, but to be honest, when it's recorded in the studio they're not doing an elaborate acrobatic routine or having to belt it out massive arena style so it's hardly gonna sound amazing when you're making it harder for yourself. i don't even think it's the kinda song where she needed to move, so why they did it for the x factor i don't know.
