So before the window was open I said we needed 4 players. Salah, Robertson (LB) and Oxlade-Chamberlain (CM) done. No Van Dijk. Not the massive failure that some Liverpool fans on social media would have you believe. I think a lot of that stems from the fact that we bid for Lemar quite late on, but he would have always been a bit of a luxury. Van Dijk was quite clearly a priority, but how I see it is that Klopp wants him and him only and is prepared to wait until January or the summer to get him rather than buy a temporary option. I guess it'll be a case of attack being the best form of defence for us, but I still don't think our defence is as bad as people make out. We've kept 7 clean sheets in the last 9 premier league games. Just need to cut out the individual errors

Not surprising at all. At Chelsea he'd be played at wing-back (again), whereas he'd get a fair few games in midfield for us. Especially with the number of injuries we seem to pick up. Arsenal seem willing to sell now too. Hope it goes through

I've always thought Coutinho would leave for Barcelona next summer. I'm not worried about him leaving this summer at all. I'd expect Klopp will be telling him to stay for another year and then we'll allow him to leave in a years time. A bit like how Suarez ended up staying in 2013 and then left in 2014. He'll be worth more next year too assuming he has another great season and then goes on to do well in the World cup.

A month later.. Salah and a left-back done (Robertson). We also seem pretty fixated on Van Dijk and Keita with potential for an Oxlade-Chamberlain transfer. It's clear they are the main targets with no real back up options being mentioned. All seem pretty complicated though and look to drag on a bit. I wouldn't be too fussed if we missed out on Keita though to be honest. Van Dijk is the one for me and Oxlade-Chamberlain would be a good option due to his versatility.

So agree with this! Montana was one of my favourites from the start and I really liked Alex. A bad episode or two and all of a sudden the public seemed to turn on them. I don't think they particularly did anything wrong either. They called out Gabby for example, which is what most of the public were thinking anyway. Sad to see them both leave. I would have much rather had Gabby and Marcel leave.

Yeah great business from them. They'll be much better off putting that money towards an attacker. Someone more competent than Janssen. I'm just not that fussed on fullbacks, in general, to be honest. I've seen Liverpool nearly win the league with Aly Cissokho and Jon Flanagan in 13/14 and we did pretty well with James Milner at LB last season. For that reason, I'll happily see us buy Andy Robertson (reportedly going to cost £8m) if that means we get to spend the remaining money on players who will genuinely make a difference in either penalty box. I guess you could say it's a bit different with Man City though as they have the money to spend big on a number of positions.

I know that prices are ridiculous right now, but I really do think £50m for Kyle Walker is silly money. I'd be annoyed if Liverpool spent that kind of money on him especially when you consider his goal return was nil last season. I personally don't think Tottenham will be any weaker having Trippier at RB either.

Yeah I think Montana & Alex will win. They would be my choice too. Them or Camilla & Jamie. I also like Georgia & Sam, but they just haven't been together long enough for me. Gabby I feel like is playing a big game. I also dislike Olivia & Amber. Imagine if Chris & Kem coupled up? They'd walk the show. Tyla & Mike will most probably leave tonight.

I was weirdly starting to warm to Jonny in that last episode. I would have preferred it if Tyla went instead or both of them to be honest. As Theo said "If Tyla really liked Jonny she would leave with him" :lol:. Love the way he's winding the whole villa up. Pretty sure it will be Mike and Sam going back in judging by twitter reaction. So excited for Mike :wub:. I thought it was a bit harsh how he was booted out the first time around for pretty much being the new guy. Excited to see how they all react too. Sam is a bit meh as I think he had his time, but I do recall him mentioning that there was something brewing between him and Tyla just before he left, so that could be interesting. Can we also talk about Marcel and Gabby? I think people are starting to see a different side to them, which will hopefully open up the competition a bit more. Gabby in particular, I've always felt wasn't being completely genuine, which was confirmed slightly with her texts about Montana and Alex.

Couple rate: Nathan & Amber: Laughable Kem & Chyna: Poor Chyna. As much as I do think Amber is bad news, I do think her and Kem suit each other well, so I'm not totally against them being back together Alex & Montana: Love! My favourite couple as it stands. Happy to see Montana finally find someone she likes Jonny & Danielle: Still stand by my comments that Jonny is the biggest game player in the house and never liked Camilla at all. He just knew she was popular and thought it would get him far in the show. Can't wait until he leaves the show and realises just how much he is hated. Danielle will probably try crack on with Nathan now just to stay in for longer. Marcel & Gabby: I just get the vibe that Gabby is being insincere. Bad vibes from her. They will probably still go on to win Alex & Olivia: I never thought I would say this, but they are actually growing on me now. Fully expect them to make the final now after having the public generally dislike them both for the first week or so. Craig & Camilla: Craig another one jumping on the Camilla bandwagon. He's clearly seen that she is popular on the outside and thought that would be his ticket to winning the whole show. Tyla: Meh Seems like we'll lose 1 boy and 1 girl tonight. My guess is the house will vote again to eliminate one girl and one boy from those with the fewest boys. Craig, Nathan and Jonny I would say are most at risk from the boys and Danielle, Tyla and Chyna from the girls.

Jonny is massively playing a game. The way he talks about Camilla, you'd think he hates her. It's also very convenient how he started to like her again after being saved by the public.
