Gravedougger

I can’t believe I didn’t know about this, this goes CRAZY hard!!

Object Of My Desire what a SONG!!

Best: Popular Song 😅 idc it's an absolute banger! Worst: Hands On Me

Absolutely hyped for that!! Great to see one of the better songs on the album getting such a big push!

The key word being “as” frustrated yes?

I dunno man I just think it’s just like either: She distributes her physical copies evenly or and maintains a steady chart position and gets this scrutiny. She distributes all of her physical copies in one go getting a high week 1 sale which will also face scrutiny. If following point number 2, and hypothetically if ahead had a drop like 1-4 she’d be called a flop artist on decline disregarding the sales previously made. The girl can’t win here regardless basically, especially when people once again disregard that it’s down to the sales/marketing team even if she does have a say which we don’t know for sure. Plus if it was another artist, I don’t think they’d face the same aggro.

With last week’s thread closing and this one opening the same conversation happens eh 😅

Best: Don't Blame Me (this one's a bit easier for me, what a TUNE although shout out to I Knew You Were Trouble, Down Bad, Snow On The Beach and Exile) Worst: Speak Now (never been fond at all tbh although same applies to A Place In This World and Hey Stephen)

Once again vote for your favourite and least favourite track from each album, this time with track 4! And for the first time, no tiebreaks! TRACK 3 RESULTS: 🥰 FAVOURITE 🥰 4 // Style 2 // Anti-Hero 1 // Love Story 1 // Back To December 1 // I Did Something Bad 1 // My Boy Only Breaks His Favourite Toys 0 // Teardrops On My Guitar 0 // Treacherous 0 // Lover 0 // The Last Great American Dynasty 0 // Gold Rush 0 // Opalite With votes being mostly split between tracks, Style stands out marginally amongst the rest as the favourite track 3! A popular track from 1989 from the off, which Taylor selected as a single. 💔 LEAST FAVOURITE 💔 6 // Treacherous 2 // I Did Something Bad 1 // Back To December 1 // The Last Great American Dynasty 0 // Teardrops On My Guitar 0 // Love Story 0 // Style 0 // Lover 0 // Gold Rush 0 // Anti-Hero 0 // My Boy Only Breaks His Favourite Toys 0 // Opalite On the other end, it's a runaway vote for Treacherous, the third track on Red which many have agreed falls short amongst a brilliant selection of tracks. 💔 ROUND 2 TIEBREAKER RESULTS 💔 6 // The Tortured Poets Department 4 // Fifteen It's bad news for tattooed golden retrievers - the second track and eponymous track of TTPD breaks a narrow tiebreak as the least favourite track 2 among all albums. FULL RESULTS BEST Track 1: Ready For It Track 2: Cruel Summer Track 3: Style WORST Track 1: Tim McGraw Track 2: The Tortured Poets Department Track 3: Treacherous

I beg you all stream Ain’t In LA on loop on all of your devices and steer it back in the right direction. That’s not a joke x

+5: Patient Zero +4: Nicole Kidman +3: Babydoll +2: Stop The Wedding +1: Great Expectation -1: Training Season -2: Choosin Texas -3: The Cure -4: My Body Isn’t Ready -5: Boston Patient Zero getting number 1 and Cleveland not getting number 10 which I expected, faith in Buzzjack restored!

Well at least none of these tracks went top 20!

Oh yay, the unholy trinity of the sex noises, the "every bad boy needs a good girl" monologue and "oh boy ima throw it bahhhhck"

Skipping Babylon for this, ick. I'm aware it's a new entry so it has to be played but gross.

BANGER!! So glad this made it in and got into the top 30 after Trapped didn't get so lucky!

Wish this was Mi Chico Latino instead tbh

First time hearing this and unsurprisingly it's tosh.

Morrison skipped for this, I've not heard the song either but Jack must be more of a Tesco kinda bloke.

Rooting for Taylor to hang on to the top spot!

Just heard this on the radio, this is so so good!! I liked Brand New Chanel$ but this really does it for me that bit more! So glad she’s come out with something like this and I hope it does well for her.

I refer you to Lewis’ very useful comment below:

Can this be pinned at the start of this thread every week?

I actually love Swae’s verse in it but still excited to hear this! Glad it’s getting some love, her absolute best song 🥰🥰

Best: Breathin Worst: Everyday

Best: Style (this is STACKED because I could also give it to Anti-Hero, Opalite, Love Story, I Did Something Bad or Lover too but this song really was part of turning me into a huge fan) Worst: Treacherous (I don’t dislike any of them but this, Back To December, MBOBHFT and TLGAD are in the same bracket of I could take or leave them) Tiebreaker: TTPD (it was second behind Maroon for me already, the second verse makes me cringe)
