Other than that though, there aren't many places you can promote on now-a-days, with TOTP and CDUK gone.

I knew it would do badly, but I expected lower top 40! Not 70! Here's to Heart Attack for being a massive spring smash!

Pallot is on the front page of Cornwalls best selling Newspaper, giving an interview to promote her gig in Penzance in 2 weeks, of which I am of course going too. She also says us 'Cornish folk' are lovely :P Blatently aimed at me, and her best friend Claire who lives down here, who is equally as lovely.

I tried to hate this song, but at work on the ice rink today I was singing it all day. But he does look like Kemal, so I can hold that against him, and picture someone else singing it instead.

It's all a bit '2 become 1' is it not? When she wraps her self up in her coat with the cars rushing past. I love it, I hope it'll be a massive hit for her.

I think theres about a 3% chance of Nerina releasing Halfway Home, which is a shame as I love it. She never performs it at gigs anymore, well she didn't on the june tour, or at any of the other places I saw her last year & on the 10 track album promo, Halfway home is mysteriously left off.

The video is on their myspace. IMO it's dreadful, which is a shame as I love the song. Fundamental should have been released around Christmas!

She also said that she was 'definatley releasing twisting the chain' for 5th single & we al know how that turned out. I think there will be another single from fires, but I don't know how Idaho would sell as a single.

Daz she's hinted at Idaho since the release of 'fires' first time around, and teased everyone with an acoustic version released to iTunes last year, only to be quickly taken off again. As you know Idaho is my favourite song, however due to the timing (and the duration 14th floor seem to take between singles) I don't feel Idaho would be the right choice for a single now. Heart attack for an early summer anthem! :D

It's gone gold so over 100,000, but I don't know the exact figure. I don't know if we'll get another single, as this is technically the 5th single release, although just the third with the re-release of the album. The demo's for the next album sound awesome, so if we don't get another single, I can rest knowing the next album will be just as good, if not better than fires.

All good people is the worst on the album. Theres hardly any downloads avaliable, hardly any promo, so I think top 50 isn't too bad. I do think the releases from the album should have been different. EGTW in april 2006 Learning to breathe end of august 2006 Idaho released january 2007 Sophia released may 2007 I think it would have optimised sales this way, but oh well!

the album is pretty good actually, I picked it up from Amazon marketplace for £2.50, defo worth the money.

She still loves me more- hence the name dropping in your convo :P Haha. I'm so glad you've finally turned into a Pallotean!

Personally 'My Last Tango' is the bet song on the album for me, it was fantastic when I saw Pallot at Harrods in september, and as gooddelta has already said you've probably already listened and judged this album, but it's fantastic, and hopefully you've given it a good listen.

Got my two CDS', two vinyl (sparkly) & two other vinyls through this morning. The LWTUA is quite a bit different from the BBC Radio 2 live version I have on my comp, it's even better! I love it! I want 'Vena Cava' to be released to iTunes though, as I want to hear it and put it on my iPod!
