Sophia has been moved back to october 2nd But the video has been released. It's fantastic.

I do love the knife version, but I'm more well aquainted with the Jose version. so Jose just. Plus seeing him perform it live at work last saturday was amazing (The Eden Project)

Yeah it was a constant live track on the tour back in may/june. It was performed on Radio 2 a while ago aswell. Theres a small snippet here from youtube...

Well I don't know exact figures but it's gone Gold (so at least 100,00) however that was a few weeks ago. I'd hazzard a guess at 130,00 maybe. I may be miles out though. Sophia's been pushed back to the 25th now, due to those terroist attacks the footage had to be couriered not flown back.

It's fantastic. Well the live version is. I don't doubt the Studio version will be anything less.

Yeah Sophia is definatley set for a september 18th release. Nerina said herself on sunday. I have no idea where HMV got that info from.

Sophia is set for a 18th of september release. Can't wait. I saw her perform the new version on sunday at Ben & Jerrry's sundae on the common. It was fantastic. As were all the other songs she performed. I'm seeing her tomorrow as well, at Newquay's Ripcrul boardmasters. Can't wait!

Yeap Idaho is the most notable improvement, with a new (amazing) string arrangement!

Yay at least someone likes the new Sophia! DFS is amazing, but it sounds slightly less slick than Fires. Fires is my album of the year (and last year when the original was released!) Pick it up :)

I must admit, as much as it kills me to agree with you, you could be right. I do love the new single version, but the album version is FAR superior. I think it's a single release to boost album sales, rather than get a number one. However I think with the right promo, and a killer video it can do pretty well. As for Idaho being a single... it definatley is planned now, I would imagine it's gonna be the 3rd single, I'd love it to be a double A side with Heart attack, I think that would go down a storm. Oh well, we'll see what the video to Sophia looks like and then we can truly judge how much of a hit it'll be. Nerina's on holiday atm, so hopefully when she gets back the video will be premiered.

Everyone thought it would be Idaho, however Nerina told me herself it definatley would not be the 2nd single, but will be later on in the future.
