Don't get me wrong, it's a good pop album not great. Just not their best work. My faves are One Last Time and Without You is so catchy

Agree with a lot of you points you made. Definitely far from their best work. Another Life is the worst of the unreleased songs. Not a good way to end the album. It left me wanting more

I happen to love Lighthouse and Allow Us to Be Frank. Might be one of the few fans who does). Safe is really good too, love the big belty chorus and the orchestral bits. Not your typical WL song but love it. The Rose and Home are more your typical WL songs, start off slow, choir towards the end. :yahoo: Totally agree on Better Man, My Blood and Dynamite. all subpar. Eager to hear the song James Arthur wrote for them, that guy can sing his face off. They're also rumoured to have worked with James Bay, love his music. According to Gloucester Rugby site regarding the Stadium tour "global pop kings perform all of their greatest hits..... as well as sensational up-tempo songs from their forthcoming new album 'Spectrum'." This is concerning for me and sort of confirms what Kian did say about the album being mostly uptempo songs but their fanbase loves ballads

The old sound is what made fans fall in love with them in the first place. They're sounding a bit like a tribute band at the moment

It's a good pop song, dont get me wrong. I'm obsessed with How To Break A Heart and Closer. I just expected more with the way they hyped it up and compared it with the iconic FWW

Not their best work. Hope they worked with the usual Swedish songwriters. These Ed Sheeran songs don't fit

It doesn't sound like the bridge to me, it sounds like either the 1st or 2nd verse before the chorus. You can tell towards the end of the teaser, the music "builds up" into the chorus/the drums kick in. Hard to explain it...

Total agree with everything you said. It sounds underwhelming so far. All the singles have been hit and miss. Not sure about the Ed Sheeran combo
