You will not believe my words but THE DISC WAS DELIVERED TODAY! I will post pics of it later. Right now I'm busy looking at it :lol: Though pics were taken approx. 5mins after I opened the package just to be sure that I have the pics and don't have to wait while I charge the batteries of my camera :P It's lovely :wub: Though they could have used a better picture as this one seems a bit Low Quality :rofl: but it doesn't matter... What's important is that I have it on my desk after 10-11 months :cheer: :wacko: Also the disc is not platinum :rofl: It's the regular disc you can buy in any store :rofl: But I have some words of wisdom from Robbie handwritten on the photo that is the cover of RKTVS album :rofl: :D

more than two weeks have gone by since the e-mail mentioned in the previous post. My female intuition tells me they're not doing anything about the prize and my nosy personality made me e-mail Mr Street again to ask if it's been sent already.. because if it was sent about 17 days ago, it could have been in my hands already... or perhaps there's a problem with our post... Surprise surprise! --> After trying 2 times to send the e-mail, I received 2 notifications in my inbox that it could not be delivered. A notification I usually get when there's a problem with the e-mail address of the person I'm sending it to. :) You all probably don't care about this at all. I just need a place to rant about it :arrr:

Before I started listening to Robbie I had no idea who TT were.. I wasn't a fan of pop really :lol: but I definitely hated how Gary had all the lead vocals back then... That kind of changed on Beautiful World and The Circus but still, it was always all about Gary. "Gary and Take That". He was the main reason I didn't like TT all that much. Now that Robbie's back (and has every right to be because he's the original member; TT are not Sugababes :lol: ) it's normal that fans are divided. Some remember their teen years and are happy they can enjoy an older form of TT with all original members and others probably hated Robbie and his addictions in the 90s, can't stand his sense of humor or music. Each to his own -_- I love watching them perform together though as a Robbie fan, watching the xfactor performance I had my eyes on him the whole time :wub: Later when I watched the performance again I noticed how the others behaved on stage. And I agree with Jups. He's a superstar with a great personality that cannot be hidden AND he's the lead vocal on The Flood. How the hell could you put him in the background? He IS the news at the moment. When people mention TT, they mention Robbie's name and with his fame, when you put him on stage with the other 4 (tall as he is and such a presence on stage :wub: ) I can't help but agree with some of those TT fans and think this is "Robbie and Take That" not only "Take That" (but of course a Robbie fan doesn't mind :lol: ) (The travel agency that my sister and I will probably go with to Munich also has "Robbie Williams and Take That concert in Munich 2011" as the title of their offer :rofl: ) Btw, is Robbie on every Progress song? Because it seems to me like he's only on a couple of songs. The others are either Gary solo, Jason solo, Mark solo or Howard solo (with at least one other member but not Robbie) Back to Xfactor. I didn't think he was all that nervous though it's pretty obvious that he was :lol: I just thought that at the beginning when his eyes were flying all across the room, he was trying to soak it all in, enjoy the moment because it's such an important moment in his life :D And I love his throat those couple of times :lol: He gave his all :wub:

Never heard of those names (but I'm only Croatian :P I'm allowed :P ) I have a confession to make..... ever since I went to Snow Patrol concert (ok it wasn't exactly a concert, they were the support band to U2) I only listened to 2 or 3 of their songs.............. every time I start listening to them I remember the atmosphere at the concert- my friend and I being up in the "expensive seats" where you can't jump.... and my friend was singing so loudly ( ) :( At the moment N'Sync would be 10x better than SP :wacko:

I'm ok with this reunion now... Wasn't too pleased at first but it will definitely be nice to see them all on stage together. Would be great if this could only last for a year (2011), then everybody goes their own way. If Robbie needs the money, he'll get more from a solo career than with them (after all, he has to share it with 4 other people :P ) and he'll definitely earn more respect -_- He probably likes the idea of being a part of the team (I know that's what he mentioned a couple of times) as opposed to doing all the work and having everybody depend on you alone.

oh I'll start writing on the bus on the way home :cheer: My only worry is that I won't remember the songs in the right order :lol: I don't know how people do it :wacko: :lol:

Hello Thatters :cheer: My name's Jasna, 21 years old, from Croatia. When TT were at the start of their career in the 90s I was only 2-3 years old so obviously I didn't listen to them as I didn't know a word of English :lol: I listened to Croatian music but somewhere in 7th or 8th grade I think I started listening to Robbie which is how I got to learn about Take That. I loved their songs but I preferred Robbie solo. I have to admit (and I am ashamed) TT were kinda my secret pleasure when they reappeared with Beautiful World. Although I love every single song off that album I couldn't really listen to them often because I hated how Gary was always the one stealing the spotlight (again a confession- I love that man's voice :blink: yes he's in a "boyband" but he CAN sing and you can't find that quality in a singer nowadays :lol: ) Ever since the five handsome men have buried the hatchet, I'm completely addicted to them. I'm not proud of hiding my love for them though :blush: sooooooo I have the ticket to see them in Germany. I can't wait to hear the new album. and I'm here to comment on the latest news whenever I have time if you'll have me ^_^

but they were limited when it comes to the number of the box sets :rolleyes: 5 000 available worldwide. I hate it when they do nothing for years and then expect us to buy the new album, the new book, these special packages, go on tour.... :arrr: I would love to own one of these but I'll be happy just seeing him live. :heart:

yeah.. today I spoke to a friend of a friend who's going to a Lady Gaga concert tomorrow or when ever...... :rolleyes: Hope she gets hit by a huge piece of meat. -_- I'm going to spend the night awake trying to get the Munich tickets. oh and yes, I should tell you how stupid I am- on tickets.de there was this Early Bird service where you can register and they give you a link which starts working tonight at 00.01 so you're 16 hours in advance of other people... and the stupid moi clicked on Hamburg instead of Munich :) because I was convinced that was the name I saw in the ad of the tour agency that organizes the trip to (and from) Germany (which Irena and I will be going with) :) So now I'm hoping that I will be able to "compete" for the tickets for Munich despite the fact that in my email it says The following link is your direct line to early bird tickets for Take That in Hamburg. If not, my sister will have our destiny in her left index finger. :cheer:

Although the tribute band is formed and there's no mentioning of Robbie coming to Croatia or Serbia, still... he told me they were negotiating with Lupa Promotion :unsure: *sigh* It would be lovely to see them "at home" but if by any luck we get the tickets, it will be so much better with the Italian or German fans as they're the real fans, not like Croatians -_- There would probably be like 50 fans who know all the album tracks and bsides by heart and the rest of the audience would be like "This dude is cool.
