  1. +1 That demo version sounds so underwhelming and out of place on the album! I really enjoyed the record for what it was: a fun, upbeat funk/disco-inspired album of infectious glittery bops. It's not very ambitious, and I don't think I felt surprised by any of the songs; I think beyond the sass and performance skills she's got a bit more artistry and creativity in her. I hope that's reflected in the next album, even if the hype around her might not be as high. I will definitely be listening to the album overtime but after I've finished hearing the I Wanna Dance With Somebody bop More & More 39828247602331 times. Next single PLZ
  2. Double elimination tonight! Jorgie out fifth I think, and followed by George in fourth position. I'm not expecting Ferne to be one of the bottom again, and I have a feeling that Kieron will have received more votes than George over the past couple of nights. I hope I'm wrong and that Kieron will leave over him. Surely Jorgie HAS to get the lowest vote tonight?
  3. I agree that they're still not a contender for #1. They were always going to be top in the first update, but whilst Adele will continue to sell a crapload physically, they will decline rapidly in comparison to how she will hold up. They should debut at #1 on the digital chart, though.
  4. Idc Coldplay xoxo Fleur at 5!!!!1111!!!! Let's keep that up! Troye at 15 :( I expected Sigma to be a tad higher than 32 at this stage... Coming for that top 60.........
  5. FLEUR & TROYE Left Coldplay on the shelf. #oop
  6. I'm reading on another forum that sometimes the bottom two as announced on the show isn't the actual bottom two. Someone gave the example of Mark Wright being revealed as one of the bottom in his series' final six, but when the individual votes came out he was actually third for that eliminaton and received the most amount of votes the following day. Do you think it could be a fake result and that they're trying to manipulate the public into voting for Ferne? INTERESTING! Can't wait to see the individual voting table.

  8. Obviously she's not as popular as we thought! This makes me wonder how the votes actually are looking.
  9. FERNE IN THE BOTTOM TWO OH MY GOD

Sigma and Troye will be lucky to sell 20% on physicals, if that. HMV aren't stocking either in their front sections, and had a poor amount in stock in their artists sections. They won't sell anything in Supermarkets, because 1) those stores which only sell a small amount of CDs won't have it in stock at all, and 2) who is going into the Supermarket to pick up a Sigma or Troye Sivan album anyway?
  11. I think what I've noticed is that Lady C still made an effort to form relationships with people in the camp -- and she did. The younger ones there as well as Chris and eventually Brian, by the looks of things, thought a lot of her (not sure if I believe that Brian really likes her, but still...), and she also thought a lot of them. Tony and Duncan are stuck up their own asses, the pair of them. They've made no attempt to gel, or even to speak, with any of those campmates! I hope that this was clear to the general public's eye tonight and going by the vote tonight it must be. Kieron, for the first time in tonight's show, was full of life, energy and personality. George also brightened up a lot. I can see the bottom two tomorrow being Tony and Jorgie; aside from her popularity generally declining day by day, she was rubbish in the trial and any hope of redeeming her popularity and votes through it (like Ferne last night, or even Vicky the night before) was lost to me. I've always thought her to be lovely, but Ferne has been great in the past few days. I'd actually like her to win over Vicky. For his niceness and being a good campmate I still want George to get it, but I think it's pretty much a done deal that it will be a Ferne/Vicky top two. George will be third, Kieron fourth and Jorgie fifth (I think, but the vote between them could be close); and the other one leaving tomorrow. If it's a double eviction, then he and Jorgie will probably be goners.
  12. Call me crazy, but I was somewhat looking forward to Tony and Duncan tonight in hopes that, due to Lady C's leave, they would be more entertaining and, more than anything, happier and a bit more appreciative to be in the camp. They were not. What unwatchable, miserable gits they are; they probably broke a record for the lowest amount of votes in any bottom two, to be honest. I'm surprised that Tony received more votes than Brian, but it doesn't matter; he'll be going tomorrow. George and Ferne might be a thing, OMG! <3 A much more appropriate couple than George and Jorgie would've been. EDIT: THE FACT THAT I AM CALLING DUNCAN BRIAN REALLY SAYS A LOT.

Troye up to 42 OMG! I hope he sells surprisingly well. The Guardian gave Blue Neighbourhood a 5/5; that critical acclaim will be helping him.

    Tomorrow's largest pre-orders in comparison to the last update I posted in brackets: Coldplay - 5 (6) Sigma - 53 (65) Fleur - 67 (244) Troye - 70 (140)
  15. P.S. I found the use of Adele's Hello in the opening clip so funny. I couldn't tell whether its use in context was amazing or rubbish.
  16. I thought tonight's episode was really strong! Enjoyed it a lot. I'm thinking a Vicki and Ferne top two easily. Tony is going home tomorrow. Duncan or Kieron will be in the bottom two with him.

LM's performance certainly is fantastic, especially when looking at the chart runs of DNA and Salute and where they were at this point. Is it possible -- without the top 200 update -- to know whether there is any data missing? I'd suspect that there is as usual, though it wouldn't make a difference to the current positions looking at the chart.
  18. Interesting, and a nice thing to have for the fans. Obviously this won't be a contender for Christmas number one, and whoever wrote that article is simply trying to hype her up because of Kylie's name.
  19. I'm devastated that Lady C is gone! She was genuinely fabulous last night without the bitching as well. I hope that she's okay. There's only Vicky now who's any entertaining at all. Ferne is lovely, though. I'm disappointed in George; he's adjusted to the jungle life perfectly and been no bother (even if dull), and I was hoping that he would come out of his shell a bit, but he's done the complete opposite. He's very clearly a lovely person and a great campmate, but even as a fan I can't understand why he was so upset last night. Obviously, we only see fourty-five to sixty minutes of the show the majority of the time, if not a bit more.
  20. Great that Sia is performing. Alive (I'm assuming that's the song she's doing?) is fantastic; it deserves to be a bigger hit than it has been so far. Jason Derulo is talented as well, though I find him a strange choice given that Want to Want Me has been his only obvious success this year. He's probably in the least prolific stage in his career right now in the UK despite that song's popularity. They need some huge acts for the final. So far they've barely had any.

I agree with Joe that releasing the album after a second single in January would have been a better plan. Sax is certainly a novelty song as well. I still think she shouldn't have a problem going top ten, and will sell consistently over December anyway. There's always a chance of her record to peak higher next year if more singles are successful and push its sales.

Fleur's album has been floating around the 100-150 mark for most of its release (except for after her XF performance when it climbed into the top 30), and right now, somehow, it's fallen all the way to 244. Oh dear. It's not doing great on Amazon either, but I can't think of why Fleur's fanbase or the general public would bother to pre-order her record. I think her physical sale will have a high percentage share of her overall amount rather than the digital copies she sells or her pre-orders. Sigma at 65, but dropping from the 45 position they were at after their XF appearance. I doubt they'll sell many physical copies. Troye Sivan at 140. Blue Neighbourhood shot straight to #1 upon its availability. Most of his first week sale will probably already been accounted for through his pre-order, to be honest.
  23. There are a good number of members who are greater compliments to the camp and to our TV screens than Susannah and Yvette, come on now.
  24. Yvette saying that Jorgie is lovely  I actually really warmed to Kieron tonight. He's still dull tbh and not really much of an asset to the camp, but I did prefer him tonight. I wish Duncan had gone over Yvette. I can't understand who would vote for Tony and why he isn't in the bottom two.

Shame for The Vamps, but they were probably #4 before today's update. I doubt they'll have been higher than that because the top three sales will be huge, and there'll be quite a big gap in between Justin at #3 and Little Mix at #4, I think. As for the singles chart, good on Justin. Three months ago (What Do You Mean? premiered 28 August and then obviously charted in the first week of September) he had zero #1s; now he's got three, with two of them receiving an on air on sale release, having amazing longevity and the other not even a fully promoted single yet. His success is nothing short of outstanding; his record is doing so, so well too, and will have a great chart life. Thanks for the sales breakdown of Adele's 25, Robbie. Quite a large bulk of this week's total so far came from yesterday's 100k+ (which will have been from Saturday, so that's understandable), but if she keeps selling 60k for the next four days (240k) that puts 25 on 465k for this week. LMAO.
