iTunes Chart: September (II)
No it didn't, FFTL didn't get to number 1 until about 6pm actually. Its lead over Alexandra wasn't even that big until she performed either. (I remember it well, I'm a Cheryl loon and I was on holiday - my friend text me at about 3pm saying it was number 3 on iTunes and I was horrified  )

iTunes Chart: September (II)
Horrific performance from One Direction on Red Or Black tonight, they are horrific live (and I'm a fan before anyone jumps down my throat). Despite this, I predict them to be no.1 on iTunes by 2 tomorrow.

Poll - Illegal downloads
I illegally download songs by artists I'm not a big fan of, but if its anything by an artist I truly like I will buy it to support them. I never really illegally download albums though.

Oh what?!? How pointless :(

iTunes Chart: September (II)
All Fired Up is holding up so well compared to previous Sats singles, Missing You was 7 on iTunes at this point in its release week :o looks like it may even get a second week in the top 5 next week too, performance on Jonathan Ross tonight which will give it a boost and the only big release next week is One Direction.

Wish AFU would hurry up and fall to 3 so I can stop checking constantly, at least I know it'll be stable at 3 for a good few days... :(

iTunes Chart: September (II)
Midweeks tomorrow will have Sats at 1 and Pixie at 2 I think. I think Pixie will be at 1 and Sats at 2 come Sunday, though. Don't see why people think Maroon 5 will end up at 1, they've fallen far behind Pixie and The Sats are gaining on them still...

iTunes Chart: September (I)
They're less than 6% behind Pixie and have 4 versions in the top 500, plus strong physicals. Promotion throughout the week too. Even if they don't manage it, they will most certainly come close.

iTunes Chart: September (I)
Pixies big promo has been and gone, all she has left is Lorraine which will do barely anything. The Sats have still got Alan Tichmarsh and Jonathan Ross this week..plus physicals will put them 5k ahead of Pixie straight away. It's not over people!

iTunes Chart: September (I)
Sats have Alan Titchmarsh and an interview with capital tomorrow and a performance on the Sam and Mark show on Friday I believe, not sure about the rest of the week but I know today they went to a studio to record 15+ radio interviews for stations around the country.

iTunes Chart: September (I)
Nope, this is actually the first time they've ever gotten number 1 on iTunes.. JCGE peaked at 2 and Missing You came VERY close but didn't quite cut it. SO EXCITED :w00t: although I have a feeling Pixie may overtake, PRAYING they hold on! :cheer:

Hang on, aren't JLS meant to be out this week?

4th September Chart Battle
I'll vote when I've actually heard All Fired Up. As of now I'd say Leona top 3. I don't think Pixie will do that well, the song itself is pretty crap imo and going by how badly she flopped with Broken Arrow/Can't Make This Over.. not good. I think Freedom may surprise us all, it's such a tune!

iTunes Chart: May 2011 (IV)
Great to see Notorious still rising, have to say I didn't expect it, I thought they'd start to fall by now. Looks like this on air on sale has worked for them after all :D

Where Will The Saturdays - Notorious peak?
Not really. Last weeks no.1 was 67k and the rest of the top 5 were between 45k and 57k. Missing You sold 58k first week and first midweeks were 21k so I wouldn't really say it was THAT frontloaded. I'm almost positive this will go top 3 at least, don't know about no.1 but we'll see. They have So You Think You Can Dance on Saturday night just before the release too and they're pre-recording radio interviews all day today for this and next week, plus other promo will be arranged no doubt.

PREDICT: The Saturdays - Notorious
So I realise there's already a topic about this but it was made before the song had even premiered and was judged from a 30 second clip.. now we actually have the song in full and the video I thought we should have a new one. ^_^ Video: " data-tag="youtube" data-tagfull=" ">

iTunes Chart: March 2011
Not bothered by album sales? What artist with sense isn't bothered by sales? Really? Every time they release a single/album they tweet like mad telling everyone to mass download it. The amount of times they tried to get everyone to trend Party Girl in its release week was ridiculous. Of course the fans are the most important part but if your albums aren't selling then you're obviously not in a good place. There hasn't been one sell out venue on the entire tour either so they can't be making that much money there. McFly are not what they used to be. Radio:ACTIVE onwards has just been a big fat flop compared to their old stuff. It's a shame really. I love them but it's obvious they don't have much shelf life left at all.

You really need a reality check. Couldn't keep her knickers on? Please elaborate... Yes which proves how immature and brain dead they are. I love McFly, as do I love The Sats. They're my two favourite bands. But some of the things they've been saying about Frankie are just uncalled for. They know they're in the public eye so it's all going to get back to Frankie, they're like children. Pretending not to know who she is etc in interviews - how old are they? They're acting like spoilt children who can't get their own way. They need to grow up and face reality. It's not her fault he can't get over a break-up. The Aston thing was complete crap. As was the Ashley Cole thing that someone else mentioned. So crap in fact that The Sats management took legal action against the papers that printed it because she'd never even met the man. All I'm saying is it's NOT Frankie's fault that Dougie has gone completely off the rails. She's moved on, he hasn't. It's not as if she thought "I'll get with Wayne now in hope that Frankie will end up in rehab and go completely off the rails!". She's not that type of person and if you'd met her personally the amount of times I have you'd know yourself. Hating on Frankie will NOT make Dougie better, if anything it'll make him feel worse - the one he's in love with getting hated on, he'll think he's caused it. To be completely honest I think it's very convenient how all this has happened the night of their single release, considering their current album is a complete and utter flop and has barely even gone silver.. but I won't dwell too much on that. Sorry for the off-topicness but I had to get that off my chest.

Predict: Jennifer Lopez feat. Pitbull - On The Floor
I can see this being a #1, it doesn't have much competition at all and it's one of those club stompers that just "grab" you straight away. I was hooked after one listen! LOVE it!

Midweek #1's
The Saturdays - Missing You was one
