Girls Aloud - Out Of Control tour is the only one I've been to and it was incredible so I voted for that. Coldplay - Viva La Vida tour was brilliant though, too. (even though I was only there to see Girls Aloud :P)

Lily Allen for me. Jay-Z a close second though, Run This Town & Empire State Of Mind are definately in my top 10 songs of the year <3

No Girls Aloud :( so I went for The Sats.

Joe must be selling physicals by the bucketload. RATM are almost outselling it by 3:1 on iTunes yet it still managed to sell around 40k more than RATM sold yesterday :| amazing!

I'm a proud "Girls Aloud loon" :wub: but how narrow minded of you to think just because I'm a Girls Aloud fan I don't like rock. For the record Bullet For My Valentine are one of my favourite bands, as are Metallica. Reading back in this thread, someone called people who like The X Factor "Cowell bummers" so that's what I was referring to.

Calm down, all I did was state my opinion. And I know exactly what I am talking about, thank you very much. For the record I didnt "label RATM as 'AWFUL' just because it is opposing a song I like and because it isnt a pop song", do you know my music taste? No. Who said I only like pop music? Because I certainly didn't. It just pisses off how people automatically get looked down and get branded as "Cowell bummers" on here if they like an X Factor related song. Its like people expect you to be against it. This is a forum at the end of the day, you can't tell people their opinons are wrong. EDIT: Also, people are saying downloading RATM is good because its going to Shelter? Yet when theres an X Factor single for charity, it gets looked down on? Yeah, okay.

Not really, Simon doesn't choose the winner. 10 million people around the UK decided the winner. And too bad if other arists work for years, people can't be that interested in them can they? Even if RATM get to number 1 it wont be because of merit, it'll be because of a bunch of sad people, with the majority of them not even liking the song overbuying it to spite someone. Hardly going to be their big break, is it?

To be honest I think this whole campaign is pathetic. Joe has worked hard for months and months for his dream to come true and for a load of people to buy a song that they don't even like just to spite Simon is quite beyond me. The RATM song is AWFUL, and they've done nothing to deserve to get the Christmas number 1. Alot of people on this forum go on about how Simon brainwashes the UK into buying the winners single, X Factor charity single etc but most of you don't even give the songs a chance. You'll always just label it as bad because its related to The X Factor, sad really.

I don't understand all the hate for Lloyd :S his performance last night was better than the rest of his performances by far and he's been fine every other week (apart from the bottom 2 one week). On topic, I want Jedward out so I voted them - its become beyond a joke now, they cant sing, this "talent" they have is entertaining, they are not recording artists.. imagine a song of theirs on the radio?
