The current iteration of the Sugababes are the original members: Mutya, Keisha and Siobhan. This year they're releasing a reissue of One Touch (their debut album) and the first remix is out already. There were a lot of legal issues with their name (and other stuff going on behind the scenes) so their return kept getting pushed back and it became a meme for them to say the release would be "soon." They released one single as MKS and then a lot of their other material leaked. They now have rights to the name and featured on a cover of the song Flowers for DJ Spoony.

It's a shame to see the Beyonce & DC forum go as it was a BJ institution for years but tbf I didn't use it that often and like as you've said it was rather inactive. I'm thrilled the Sugababes forum is back as I was active there many years ago and I love the girls so it's great to have it back and with the reissue and potential future plans, there will be lots to discuss. I'll also be adding the Ava forum to my list, she has a lot of bops and she seems popular here so it will be nice to dig deeper into her. I will probably pop into the Olivia forum from time to time, she isn't one of my favourite artists but deja vu is great though.

It will be good to finally listen to this when it comes out, the wait has been so long :lol:

How far is she going to go back for the singles? Will this have Friday? :lol:

It's great she's pushing on, this album really deserved so much better than that though.

It's a shame they haven't added Flatline on as a bonus, or at least made it available online again. Other than that, I'm looking forward to listening to this when it gets released :D

I was really blown away by Get Sexy but I love a lot of their singles. Walk This Way slays and I love Too Lost In You and Ugly and so many others. Have you seen the Sugababes live? - I would like to but I haven't done yet, hopefully for their next tour. What are you most looking forward to seeing in 2021 & 2022 from the Babes? - Obviously the One Touch reissue and then whatever follows and Mutya's EP (if that's still coming), also it would be great to get some Amelle releases, she was in the studio last year but I dunno when or if anything will get released. I thought this was eventually released in the UK though. Wikipedia lists the release as a digital download on 14 June 2007, a few months after the South Africa release. Obviously this was a couple of years after Electric though and the Totally Scott-Lee TV show.

Do artists care about the big top 40 show or do they only care about the official chart? I've noticed the big top 40 call themselves official now also which mucha make things hella confusing for a lot of people. As a kid, I didn't know which was official and me and my family found it odd how the different stations would have different number ones on the same day (this was back when the official top 40 was on a Sunday). Little Mix were interviewed on the big top 40 a few weeks ago and sounded happy to be there and they were saying how they loved the awards they had received from them. Obviously, it is a media appearance and they're probably told to sound enthusiastic and stuff but it got me thinking about whether the artists actually care much about this chart. Also, the charts are so different these days between Big Top 40 and the official chart that so many things get to number one on the Big Top 40 that don't on the official chart. Maybe certain artists are just happy to still be getting a number one somewhere.

Feel is just beautiful, one of the best songs of the 2000s.

Omg the 7th Heaven Remix is amazing, I really rate it :dance: I was so confused by who or what rheywbere was before realising it is meant to be 'they are' :lol: That kind of upbeat Steps Christmas album would be amazing and I love all those Girls Aloud Christmas songs too, they are so under-rated but I return to them each year :wub:

Yeah I think a B side listen party would be hood as I think I don't know them, unless some have been included on other 'compilation' releases that I've heard.
