Blood Diamond on working on the new album You two are working on Madonna’s new record together, right? Yeah, we have been working on that for the last month. It’s been a lot of fun, definitely a big project. It’s me and Dahi, Diplo, Ariel [Rechtshaid] and Jimbo. I think it’s definitely going to be a good Madonna record. There are moments when you’re like, Oh this is definitely f*cking Madonna. Are you guys aiming for something really contemporary sounding with it? I wouldn’t say were trying to nail 2014. With most artists, Dahi and I try to approach it from a longevity standpoint. Especially if we’re pitching beats to someone its like, Is this f***ing hot this month? Because this record won’t be out for another year. That can be stressful, but the bottom line is like making room for the song, because the song is really what stands the test of time. I feel like right now a lot of pressure to get that single, and get that dance tune. That’s probably the coolest thing about Madonna. She has been doing so many records for so long, it’s kind of irrelevant to try to fit into the now.

Diplo says the first single has been chosen In the interview he talked about his work with Madonna on her new album and said that they have finished there work together, the first single has been chosen and it is one of his tunes. He also revealed that five songs from their recording session should be on the final tracklist and tracks are in the mixing stage at the moment. The sessions were fun and most of his tracks have a Reggae vibe, he also added.

Belgian singer-songwriter Paul Van Haver aka Stromae will be the guest of tomorrow's episode of "College Tour", a popular TV show that some describe as the Dutch rendition of "Inside the Actors Studio". A preview for the episode aired today - in the clip Twan Huys, the show host told Stromae that he had to give him the message that Madonna would like him to come to her house after the taping of the show. "Stromae starts laughing and says he doesn't have time for that" - MadonnaTribe contributor Rico reports - "and then he gets that its not a joke and says: of course!!! "Made me filled with joy just thinking of the combination Madonna/Stromae and the sick music that could become for the new album," Rico also says, "the shows airs tomorrow evening so maybe more news then".

Alicia Keys has spoken about featuring on Madonna's forthcoming album. The 'Girl On Fire' singer spoke to Vibe about working on the star's new record, describing the process as "casual and cool" "It was good. I was in here doing a meeting or something and she was working with Diplo," Keys explained. "They were like, 'Oh, maybe you can play some piano on this thing'. And I was like, 'Alright. I'll try.
