I reckon Frisky will sell around 80k this week, so how many do we think SFE will sell in 4 days?

Wasn't Shout For England meant to be released Friday for the start of the World Cup? I guess Cowell's desperation for anything involved with him to get to no.1 has shown itself again

They probably realised it would have a hard task getting to no.1 if released Friday

Shout For England up to #2 already :o could be an interesting battle for #1 come Sunday

What on earth is that new Guetta song doing at #1? It's rubbish. If he hadn't tagged Fergie along for the single release you can almost guarantee it wouldn't be anywhere near where it is now. As much as I like Guetta he's annoying me recently with the way he's tagging big names onto his songs just for the sake of it.

Let's hope the lead single is something to go by - it was with Relapse which was a shame because We Made You was bad, but if the lead single is again a reflection of the album's quality this time round, it should be good. Anyway I agree Dizzee's new song is rubbish, it will go to no.1 this week sadly but I have every hope Eminem can knock him off next week.

This year vs last year
I agree. Same goes for albums too - the quality is definitely out there, but it's just not selling.

Well I am rooting for B.o.B this week, the other 2 songs challenging for #1 are dire

Sorry but I think Pendulum will thrash Glee on the album chart this week :P

But it's a completely unremarkable and bad song :( Of course it's only my opinion that it's bad, but in many cases I can usually understand why songs I don't personally like do well, but Solo is an example where I just can't see (or hear) why people like it! Oh well...

Why is Solo doing so well?? It has nothing remarkable about it at all. Replay was very catchy but Solo doesn't have any decent qualities.

B.o.B's lead on #2 is now about 140% !

iTunes Chart // April III
Oh come off it. Hardly anyone would care about her if she wasn't 'That Girl Off X Factor', and radio stations wouldn't be playing her song to death.

It was so obvious Diana would be heading for no.1. Is anyone actually surprised considering the massive head start she's had in her career?
-
Owl City - Umbrella Beach
It does sound like something from an old Sonic The Hedgehog game. Whenever I hear the start I can just imagine playing it on the old Megadrive :D I would of preferred Vanilla Twilight instead of this.

All 2010 X-Factor Finalists to be released on downloads
But the only reason they would do it is to get into the charts - that's what the whole show is about. That's why when they've done charity singles and they've (inevitably) got to no.1 they go wild about the fact that they've got to no.1 on the following show - they never talk about raising money for charity. It's just one big gimmick.

Reading this sent me into a rage (excuse the pun), it had BETTER be an April Fools joke!! Either way that's some serious wind-up!

Ke$ha - Your Love Is My Drug
I'm chuffed this is the next single, it's so much better than the stupid Blah Blah Blah, and dare I say, even better than Tik Tok. Should have been the second single!

I heard Greg James say that earlier, but he was actually referring to the gap between She Said and Telephone.

Perhaps if Take That had the huge leg-up of performing the song on X Factor in front of 10+ million viewers (something that Leona Lewis will always be guaranteed) then maybe they would of had a chance of Rule The World getting to no.1, but of course Cowell wouldn't of allowed that because he's always so desperate for his Golden Girl to take all the plaudits. He was naive this year and allowed Black Eyed Peas to beat her to no.1 but you can be certain he'll never let the same thing happen again because, as I say, he's so desperate.
