Jeez... this 'campaign' to try and get them to no.1 has become extremely desperate. Surely if the song was good enough it'd easily make no.1 anyway. It would be an extremely unmerited #1, and even if it gets there that doesn't make the song any better - it'll still be forgotten about in a few months time. People are forgetting what really matters And I'm not just being a 'hater' as some might say. It's just getting silly

Eminem back to #1 in the albums! Quite an incredible run so far, goes to show how essential it is these days to release singles close to each other

I'm not surprised at all. I don't rate the song, but it's The Saturdays so it was always sure to do well in the charts

Anyone else noticed that they've started adding most of the new songs a week later than normal? Normally they have 4 full weeks on the playlist before their release, now they have just 3 weeks - 1 of which is on the C-list so that doesn't really count. If this is something they are going to start doing regularly, we can expect less and less high new entries, especially from new artists (like Sky Ferreira)

Great additions this week, but I'm a bit miffed at The Hoosiers and Marina being stuck on the B list, especially when there are 2 re-releases STILL on the A list.

In fairness, Vampire Weekend are not a commercial group aimed at the charts. Hardly anyone else supports them other than Radio 1. They exist for music, not chart success.

Not that this matters, but his album has so far got all positive reviews from critics, but I take they're all wrong and you're right because he's released 2 questionable singles which means 'he's a prick' and his album deserves to flop. Wow. Go listen to the even-more-annoying voice of Diana Vickers instead. Meanwhile, I rest my case.

With an X Factor performance, as we all knew would happen even before anything is announced. Then she'll probably have a new album out at the end of next year, re-released the year after, etc. etc. It's what Leona is doing. She will probably have a re-release of Echo at the end of this year too. We know what Cowell is like and how desperate he is to sell records.
