Predict - N-Dubz ft. Mr Hudson "Playing With Fire"
YOU'RE MISSING THE WHOLE POINT IM MAKING. N-Dubz are more popular than his popularity worldwide and the UK combined. And I wouldn't say an artist whose released internationally but failing to chart anywhere is popular either LOL. :yahoo:

Predict - N-Dubz ft. Mr Hudson "Playing With Fire"
Mr Hudson's two combined album sales - 75k vs N-Dubz's two combined album sales 475k. N-Dubz have +- twice the amount of awards, nominations, Last FM listeners, fans on Facebook than Mr Hudson despite not releasing internationaly like he has. So, sure, Mr Hudson is "much bigger" than N-Dubz.

Predict - N-Dubz ft. Mr Hudson "Playing With Fire"
OK. This is laughable, Mr Hudson a big act? His a one hit wonder, it's about the albums which sell not the singles. N-Dubz have had SIX (5 of which are solo) top 40 hits, Mr Hudson THREE (1 of which are solo). And N-Dubz's albums outsells his by something like 100 to 1. Mr Hudson is hardly big at all, what awards has he won to substantiate, uh none, his one of those artists that get hype but can't follow through with it, his only featured on Kanye and Jay-Z records because they've been banking on him being their prodiges but so far he has been anything but. N-Dubz don't need Jay-Z or Kanye to be huge they can do it all on their own, the same can't be said about Mr Hudson and this song being another example of it. So yes, they are doing a favour by having him credited. His contribution is so minor that N-Dubz wouldn't have to credit him, but they did him the favour. His part of the song is actually the most annoying part, Tulisa would've done the ad-libs much better than him anyway so you're saying a person singing 'a-ha-oh' in a song is worth giving them credit for? N-Dubz did do him a favour, whether you like the fact or not they could've used someone else like Daniel Merriweather or Chrome to do it if they wanted to but THEY chose him and he never chose them since its THEIR record not his which means he gets some of the songs profit which is unarguably a favour no matter which act is bigger than the other.

iTunes Chart: December II
Playing With Fire slipping to #19 thanks to the weekend/xmas effect. I Need You now stabilising at #32, hopefuly that 13 place drop from Friday's midweeks can be minimized a bit as a result. :snif:

Predict - N-Dubz ft. Mr Hudson "Playing With Fire"
How exactly will they owe a lot to Mr Hudson? All he does is the ad-libs for the song, he wasn't involved in the production or anything else if anything Mr Hudson should be owing a lot to N-Dubz for allowing him to credited on a hit single where all he does is ad-libs, especially after the major flop of his debut album, N-Dubz are way bigger than he is so they're doing him a favour and not visa versa.

Predict - N-Dubz ft. Mr Hudson "Playing With Fire"
NMz-OnO00E8 Charting extremely well as an album track only, should earn a new peak in the top 35 this week - N-Dubz are physically releasing this as the follow-up to top 5 smash "I Need You". The track is up there with their best singles, I can't decide now if it's better than INY or out but it is definitely better than the likes of "You Better Not Waste My Time" and "I Swear". Could this be their "Poker Face" of the era and peak within the top 5 or will it do a "Strong Again" and hang around for a $h!t long time with impressive sales but only achieving a low-ish peak? I'm reserving my vote for now, it's so hard to predict. Maybe your people's predictions will help me ey.

I Need You back up to #33! Hopefuly the rebounding continues, really don't want them to have a 10+ position drop this week. :( Playing With Fire doing extremely well though- iTunes Chart: December
Playing With Fire up to #28 and I Need You down to #37. I Need You is going to have such a $h!tty chart run but at least it went top 5. They also have another version of I Need You at #135.- iTunes Chart: December
:D I definitely agree with you, the song is absolute perfection and much better than I Need You as well as the majority of the singles from the Uncle B era. I wonder if it will be able to outsell Strong Again because it most likely will only peak mid January next year so its going to hang around in the same way Strong Again did this time last year. Come on N-Dubz!- iTunes Chart: December
Damn :( I Need You is falling way too fast and probably because the popularity has now shifted to Playing With Fire much earlier than expected. Nice climb for Chipmunk as well, hopefuly a 3rd consecutive top 10 single for him- N-Dubz ∙ Against All Odds & 'Playing With Fire'
Maybe to strengthen his so-far floppy career, why N-Dubz chose to work with him I don't know. The song would be perfectly fine without him, Tulisa could have even done his ad-libs instead- N-Dubz ∙ Against All Odds & 'Playing With Fire'
According to this - http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/music/news/a18...ith-n-dubz.html - Tinchy Stryder's looking at collaborating with them again, but as the whole group and not just Dappy like on Number One. I actually see him using Tulisa like how he used Amelle for Never Leave You, something like that would be so awesome!- N-Dubz ∙ Against All Odds & 'Playing With Fire'
Playing With Fire is already top 40 in today's midweeks! I Need You is #21. I like Playing With Fire so much more, especially the part when Tulisa sings 'Intuition keeps telling me.' I hope it goes top 10 at least or has a Strong Again-like chart run.- Pixie Lott - Cry Me Out
Up to #32 on iTunes! :cheer:- Best British Female Singer Of This Decade ??
How on earth did Pixie not make the list? :o- Predict - Pixie Lott - Cry Me Out
I'm almost 100% sure that it will be, Pixie and her label are clearly very clued up on what to release and at what time to release it. So, the only logical single choice would be HWGA, especially for the new year, which was when GaGa's Just Dance was big this year. HWGA would have fit best as a 4th single, CMO was the perfect 3rd/Xmas/ballad single and either wouldn't have faired as well if the single order was switched. HWGA is a sure-fire top 5 smash and I think she should use it as her era-ender, a 5th single would be disasterous even if Turn It Up has major single potential, British artists and 5th singles are a terrible combination and she needs to keep her top 10 record going as well. - N-Dubz ∙ Against All Odds & 'Playing With Fire'
