:D I definitely agree with you, the song is absolute perfection and much better than I Need You as well as the majority of the singles from the Uncle B era. I wonder if it will be able to outsell Strong Again because it most likely will only peak mid January next year so its going to hang around in the same way Strong Again did this time last year. Come on N-Dubz!

Damn :( I Need You is falling way too fast and probably because the popularity has now shifted to Playing With Fire much earlier than expected. Nice climb for Chipmunk as well, hopefuly a 3rd consecutive top 10 single for him
  3. Maybe to strengthen his so-far floppy career, why N-Dubz chose to work with him I don't know. The song would be perfectly fine without him, Tulisa could have even done his ad-libs instead
  4. According to this - http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/music/news/a18...ith-n-dubz.html - Tinchy Stryder's looking at collaborating with them again, but as the whole group and not just Dappy like on Number One. I actually see him using Tulisa like how he used Amelle for Never Leave You, something like that would be so awesome!
  5. Playing With Fire is already top 40 in today's midweeks! I Need You is #21. I like Playing With Fire so much more, especially the part when Tulisa sings 'Intuition keeps telling me.' I hope it goes top 10 at least or has a Strong Again-like chart run.

I don't understand why the positions for Against All Odds and Playing With Fire get posted but not I Need You. Does anybody mind telling me where it is please.
  7. Up to #32 on iTunes! :cheer:
  8. How on earth did Pixie not make the list? :o
  9. I'm almost 100% sure that it will be, Pixie and her label are clearly very clued up on what to release and at what time to release it. So, the only logical single choice would be HWGA, especially for the new year, which was when GaGa's Just Dance was big this year. HWGA would have fit best as a 4th single, CMO was the perfect 3rd/Xmas/ballad single and either wouldn't have faired as well if the single order was switched. HWGA is a sure-fire top 5 smash and I think she should use it as her era-ender, a 5th single would be disasterous even if Turn It Up has major single potential, British artists and 5th singles are a terrible combination and she needs to keep her top 10 record going as well.
  10. Stuck at #39 on iTunes, still. But up to #47 in the midweeks! It's definitely suprised my expectations of how much it would sell and how high up it would chart this week. Yay me too! :D She really deserved them, so pleased for her. She looked so stunning at the Awards as well: http://images.shareapic.net/images6/020034240.jpg

:dancing: A 125-47 climb is superb! I doubt she'll be top 40 on Sunday though but we'll just have to wait and see! If you're not too busy Ryan I'd really appreciate it if you could update me on Boys & Girls and Turn It Up. Thank you in advance. ^_^
  12. You come in this thread to try and embarrass me and look for an argument but instead you end up embarrassing yourself! Maybe try doing accurate research before childishly accusing someone of making up sales totals and certifications. As both Jay and Guru have said both BPI and Charts Plus have it certified as Gold, and your sales total was even incorrect in your little outburst, your post must've been one of those "woops I shouldnt have said that" moments I'm guessing?
  13. It's not, people are just over-exaggerating. The album has sold fine, it's been certified Gold and it hasn't even been out for 2 months, I mean were people expecting to go Platinum within a month? :/ Hardly any albums do that anymore, her album is still holding up it's just outside the top 40 and CMO should get it back in easily and hopefuly near the top 10 come Christmas time!
  14. Timbaland 'wants to work with Pixie Lott' http://images.mirror.co.uk/upl/m4/jun2009/6/2/pixie-lott-pic-rex-image-1-657888032.jpg Timbaland has reportedly approached Pixie Lott to collaborate with her in the future. The US producer, who releases his album Shock Value II on December 7, is said to have been impressed after hearing Lott sing at a recording studio in Los Angeles this week. According to The Sun, Timbaland suggested that he work with the singer on material for her next album. Lott previously revealed that she is eager to release material Stateside and claimed that some of the tracks on her debut album Turn It Up were written specifically to appeal to the US market.
  15. Mama Do and Boys & Girls are far from any cheese those high school musical losers produced. Even if the lyrics are a little unadult-like, she's only 18 and like she said, she wrote the songs on TIU because it's what she can relate to at her age now. She's obviously going to mature lyricswise as she grows older. . .
  16. Not top 40 quite yet, stuck at #41 but once it's in it should pick up the pace again. One negative aspect of the release is that it's crushed B&G's hopes of the lengthy run Mama Do had but all eyes on Cry Me Out now. :D
  17. Pixie Lott to be the "face" of Nokia's Illuvial range http://images3.pocket-lint.com/images/qMzT/pixie-lott-promotes-nokia-illuvial-1.jpg Since we brought you news of the new Nokia Illuvial range it's been announced that Pixie Lott will be "the face" for the new series. A Carphone Warehouse exclusive, the Nokia 5530 XpressMusic Illuvial, Nokia 6700 Illuvial and the Nokia 6303 Illuvial are being flung into the Christmas market. Pixie Lott is quoted as saying: "I spend loads of time on my mobile, so it's important to me that it looks good. The phones in the range all look fab – they're stylish and yet still girlie". Nokia 5530 XpressMusic Illuvial is due to be available on a PAYG basis from £99.95, pay monthly from £15 a month. The Nokia 6700 Illuvial will cost £179.95 on PAYG and available on a pay montly basis from £20 a month, while the Nokia 6303 Illuvial gets a PAYG price tag of from £79.95, and pay monthly from £10 a month.
  18. It'll easily reach the top 10 IMO, it's just too good and released at the absolute perfect time. Going into Christmas it should still be quite high, being the winter warmer of the song it is. I voted top 5, she gets strong support in her physical week. The song is soaring up iTunes and there's not much competition in that week to really get in the way. But like Guru, I think top 3 is not a far possibility either, we'll just have to wait and see! :D
  19. I strongly recommend you get her album! It's equally as amazing as Cry Me Out! There's also a competition going on where you can win tickets to her live: Link. Just thought I'd share it with the few Pixie fans on here. ^_^
  20. Now #52! At this rate, she'll reach the top 40 in no time! :dancing:
  21. ^ It's looking very likely. She's now up to #60. New peak. :cheer:
  22. Proudly Chav posted a post in a topic in UK Charts
It's the obvious 4th and final single though! And both it and Cry Me Out would be better off in the single order that they're in now, well I really don't see anything else but HWGA being released as the 4th single. She and her label's done a flawless job as far as single choices, release dates etc is concerned - I doubt they'd mess it up by not releasing HWGA.

I'm not denying he doesn't, I'm certainly not in the same position which is why I enquired. There's no need to be euphemistically rude in everyone of your posts toward me. I thought certifications were based on sales and distribution like it is in the US, not just distribution, usually the sales figures in the US are a lot more than what they are on the Billboard 200, I thought BPI/Music Week followed the same method as RIAA/Billboard.

Wait 71k is impossible, her album was certified Gold a few weeks ago on 100k and that's excluding outside-the-UK sales. I don't get it. Her album has sold fine and its still too early to say her album hasnt sold well because she's yet to release its 3rd and 4th singles. Thank you, Rated R, people are digging into Pixie unnecessarily, she has accomplished a lot this year. Fact. And its based on pure deserved sales not based on X Factor or The Sound Of 2009.

I know. I said it was certified Gold in the UK and has sold between 120k and 150k in the UK. I said I estimated 50k for outside global sales. Learn to read.
