iTunes Chart // November I
I think it'll easily go top ten but I'm hoping for top 5. It's a stunning winter ballad, the kind of song that will selll big time during December but it's supposed to help album sales more than its own so I won't be too bothered if it misses the top 5 but it definitely IS another top ten hit, it's Pixie Lott - her singles popularity is huge and Cry Me Out has been described by the majority as the best song on the album.

Uh no, in fact its double that. Her album was certified Gold two or so weeks ago which means its sold over 100k and is now probably somewhere between 120 and 150. Plus I estimate she's sold about 50k outside of the UK and the album hasn't even been around for two months. She's doing brilliantly, honestly have no idea what Truly Talented is going on about.

OK, I do admitt to my points being wrong. I based the first point on an article on Digital Spy I saw somewhere a few weeks back which was obviously flawed. But that's not the point, some of the artists Slowpoke and Jake pointed out didnt fit the category either. The only artists to meet that category properly of this decade are Estelle, Gabrielle, Sonique, Natasha Bedingfield and Pixie. Of which Pixie is the only one of the bunch to have 2 #1s this decade. And could've very well gotten a third with Cry Me Out if it wasn't for Simon Cowell stealing deserved artists thunder every December So she has done incredibly well, her singles have had good longevity and she's had a top 10 album that is currently back on the rise and should be back in the top 15 come December.

iTunes Chart // November I
Sophie's never had a #1, the Spice Girls have had their own Movie and Video Game. Sonique's no.1 was originally released in the 90s and Gabrielle's life was on every tabloid, headline news channel and for weeks on end before Rise went to no.1.

Lily had her own TV show, Duffy was on Welsh Idol and Estelle doesn't count because American Boy was a collaboration with an American artist, it wasn't a song done solo by a British female artist.

What's with the sarcasm, she really is. If you have a look at this last decade, give me a name of another British female artist who topped the chart without coming out of a TV or Reality series background?

 WTF, she does have longevity, is 18 weeks in the top 75 and 11 weeks in the top 40 not enough to qualify as longevity?! If not, your living in some dream world because about 90% of the singles released today don't stay around as long as she has with her singles. She deservedly managed the double by the way, she's the first British female to top the charts who hasn't came out from a Reality TV background - that's a huge achievement and she's only 18! I see her easily having a Westlife-esque consecutive top 10 chart history.

Top 75 Singles/Albums + Comps
Pixie going against the trend and rising in the albums chart :cheer: the CMO promo only just started on Friday with its masterpiece of a video leaking! Hopefuly it stays on the rise right until after Christmas time so it can really cash in on some more deserved sales.

The Buzzjack Sunday Chart Show Thread
Pixie came through! :cheer: I thought she'd drop 10+ places especially if you consider where B&G is now on iTunes, but only 8 places is fantastic! I wonder if Cry Me Out might've scraped top 75 this week, it is top 100 guaranteed though. But an early 'official' debut would be great. B&G needs to climb back up though, it has to stay around as long as Mama Do did! :o

Pixie Lott - Cry Me Out
Currently #72 on iTunes. ^_^ It's only 3 notes in a whole song, Pixie maintains a higher voice throughout the chorus whilst Avril only is high on 3 notes in her chorus. They're still two extremely different songs even with that minor similarity. You are very right as far as selling the album is concerned, if you read this article she actually isn't too worried about how the single does but more worried about how much it will sell the album! She definitely chose the right single based on what she wanted. Cry Me Out is everything classy, emotional, mature and more! All of her 3 singles are so different and equally amazing that I honestly can't pick a favourite actually, they're all great for 3 seperate occasions or moods so it's quite hard to compare.

Pixie Lott - Cry Me Out
emQQERp_vTI Official music video. This is the third official single to be taken from her debut album, "Turn It Up". It's also her follow-up single to her previous two consecutive #1s. I think this track's going to be huge, it's going to be released on November 30th which is just perfect timing for a winter warming ballad, it's a great tune and choice for her Christmas single. It will easily reach the top 10 in my opinion but it also has a shot at the top 3 I'd say, and even #1 if she's able to perform it on X-Factor!
