i wish she'd stop doing such long videos for a while. if it's good i don't really mind, but bad romance proved you can have a normal length video and it can still be an event, having such long videos would be nice from time to time but i don't think it's necessary all the time

I think I'm more confident about it getting #1 than BTW. This slow start is good I think. And if it's true the video is out on Tuesday then that will give it a good boost and no doubt there will be loads of controversy surrounding the timing of the release, and on the whole the initial reception has been more positive than BTW's, so I'm hopeful :)

yeah all the christian groups are bashing it already and we know very little about it already. look at what a latino group said the other day; “In the video, she witnesses a crime, falls in love with a Black Jesus figure and ends up saving the person wrongly accused of the crime. Lady Gaga is just exploiting the Catholic religion, which many Latinos follow." - all we really know about the video is that she portrays mary magdalene, god knows where they got that synopsis from :lol:

gaga will play mary magdalene in the video, this was confirmed a while back and i wouldn't say i definitely prefer this over BR/PF yet, but i like it more on first listen than bad romance which is my favourite gaga song. maybe i will think differently in a year or so but right now i'm thinking it could turn out to be my favourite gaga song

not as many people know it's out though, and the born this way release was hyped like crazy. they only announced it would be on itunes today less than 2 hours ago! this could help it's sales next week if they arent as high as btw this week i guess

when BTW was released some people were saying she would be lucky to get top 20 so i'm not going to rule ANYTHING out here.

i reckon it could be number one next week. there isn't any massive songs out at the moment is there? and the video shouldn't be far off... but then again this is gaga.

i don't even care if judas charts outside top 40 (not that it will), i love it so much i couldn't care less where it charts at this point.
