Same. I had loved True Faith but didn't pay much attention to the Technique singles. 1993 was the year that my tastes change direction towards music with a lot more guitars. I was into REM, Depeche Mode and then New Order.

I really feel for those in semi 2 who entered with strong tracks only to end up in a high quality semi-final but not advance.

Semi 2 was ridiculously good so good stuff was inevitably going to suffer.
