08 - Shaggy - Boombastic Hmmm..... ok. Well this is a significant step up but it's still Shaggy and I've never been a fan. Not great. 15th best seller of 1995. Colm's score 5.0

I watched the Only Connect episode broadcast last week. There were a few music ones that I got right. I will keep watching :)

Yeah - I'd go further than that and say that part sounded much older than 1990. It reminded me of Barry Manilow's Copacabana.

02 - Corona - The Rhythm of the Night (Rapino Remix) A towering example of Eurodance, it heavily borrows from a song called Save Me! which was released by Dutch band Say When in the late 80s. Apparently, that song was considered for Madonna's Like a Prayer album. This finished 1994 as the 13th biggest seller. Colm's score 8.5

03 - Baby D - Let Me Be Your Fantasy This had already been released in 1992 and had been featured on plenty of rave compilations, Apparently, the re-release was prompted by the track topping a Kiss FM poll of the best dance track of the decade. The only true rave number 1 depending on how ravey you think 3AM Eternal is. This drives a pure nostalgia vibe for me as I had loved this since the 1992 release. 1994's 18th best seller Colm's Score: 8.4
