I spent the third Welsh lockdown uploading my entire collection on there  https://www.discogs.com/user/Ghosty233 I haven’t got a huge amount of great value as I favoured CDs over vinyl, but I’m starting to build my vinyl collection now too!

Favourite Dance Routines
I used to know almost all of them back in the day, and have mastered Scared Of The Dark, What The Future Holds, Something In Your Eyes (both sets!) and Heartbreak since their comeback. Of the early routines, I can still do 5678, One For Sorrow, Tragedy, Deeper Shade Of Blue and Stomp from memory. Would have to practice the others now. Here And Now and You’ll Be Sorry I never managed to succeed at :( My favourite routine is probably Summer Of Love, definitely need to have a go at relearning that one!

Steps - What the Future Holds Live (2021 Tour)
I’ve got tickets for Cardiff, hopefully it’ll go ahead as planned. This will be my fourth time seeing them after The Ultimate Tour, Party On The Dancefloor and Summer of Steps. My partner is a HUGE Sophie fan so really pleased that she’s supporting them, it’ll give him something to look forward to as well!

United Kingdom · Eurovision Song Contest 2021
I don't think it was anything to do with Brexit, it was just a very weak performance in a very strong field. Unless it's got a novelty element (Moldova 2017), male led dance tracks ALWAYS bomb at Eurovision. If Darude and Gromee can't get out of a semi final, then why would James have scored anything in the final this year?

Favourite UK entries that didn't win.
I was quite a UK stan in the early 2000s, absolutely LOVED the string of Nicki French-Lindsay-Jessica Garlick-Jemini, and am still fond of all of those entries now. Imaani and Gina G are probably my ultimate favourite non-winning UK entries though. Also got a lot of love for Vikki's Love Is from 85. While I liked a fair few of our recent entries at the time of the contest, none of them have particularly stuck with me as favourites.

Steps and Eurovision
It's interesting to see the varying viewpoints... I think it could be good as long as they have a great track - if Spirit In The Sky can win the final televote and songs like Verona can qualify with the public from the semi finals (damn those juries!!), there's no reason why Steps couldn't do reasonably well with a strong track. I think off the recent album, Under My Skin and Heartbreak In This City could have done very well points wise - UMS appealing massively to both juries and the public. Their output these days has all the charm of what viewers are looking for from a Eurovision pure pop song - a genre that is lacking in the contest now, but one that the contest is famed for. If done well (which Steps can do), I think it could bring in masses of votes. My worry would be the staging. The BBC have a knack of completely messing up on that side of things - in recent years, only Lucie Jones has had a decent set up, so creative control should remain fully with Steps, or someone that they trust to do a good job. With the allowance of pre-recorded backing vocals in the contest now, that also alleviates my other concern that I had about their vocals being strong enough. While they do have good voices, the option to blend the live vocals with backing would enhance the quality much more than if it was just their 5 voices (plus 1 potential backing?!) It mainly comes down the strength of the song though. If they have a strong song to go with then I would love them to try it, but anything less than magnificent then I'd rather they didn't as it would risk sullying their image that they have worked very hard on building up since their 2017 return.

Steps and Eurovision
Should they or shouldn’t they? With the BBC having struck a deal with BMG to collaborate on our entries, the possibility must have been discussed and may even be on the table for 2022..?! What’s everybody’s thoughts about it? Would you like to see them try? If they had entered this year with something off WTFH (can’t be Something In Your Eyes or Father’s Eyes as they are covers), what song do you think could have earned us some points?

Steps Best Remixes
The Sleazesisters remixes were always my favourites, with the best one being Deeper Shade Of Blue. FqGlj4_soC8 Of their recent material, the 7th Heaven Mix of Story Of A Heart was better than the original mix for me! khnr1IK7-L8

Fab to qualify again after a couple of NQs, thanks to those who voted Madame Monsieur through  Such a shame to see Oslol, Greenfroze and N DNTN go out though. All would have scored highly for me in the final.

Eurovision Song Contest 2021 · Predictions
After today, Australia are back in contention for qualifying, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it knocked out most of the generic pop girlies (Azerbaijan, Croatia and Israel) in the process!
