UK rap star Chipmunk is hooked up with dutch youtube sensation Esmee Denters for his latest single from his re-issue of his debut album ' I Am Chipmunk ' and will be released 19th April. The song is classic Chipmunk, very catchy and commerial and with Esmee's vocals on the chorus, she adds a extra little spark to the song. It seems like a hit already and I would be suprised if it went to number 1. Estelle is releasing her new single 'Freak' sometime in March as the lead single from upcoming album 'All of Me'. She has hooked up with american rapper Kardinall Offishall to make the song more acsessable worldwide and was produced by dance expert David Guetta. The music video will premiere on her official website soon. There is no doubting that it is defenetly a new direction from the popular American Boy R&B sound but to be honest the song comes across as rather annoying and repeative. Estelle fans could well feel very under-whelmed with this effort as it really isn't what we loved her for. Personally I can see it peaking low top 40 at around #34 if lucky. Mabye its just a grower. Tinie is defo heading for number 1 by the looks of it, wasnt Jason only at #31 or something by now last week :lol:? Sad, as Pass Out is awful, so is Gramophonedzie and Boyzone. Love Wiley (only because of Emeli :wub:) and Daisy Dares You, although I expected her to be doing far better than she is - mabye its because of the music video only being 10p more than the actual song and being available for weeks. :(
