So One Direction have to sell almost 70k this week, it will be really close race.

One Direction released their movie on dvd and bluray, and they sold 170 k copies in one day :o So it was rather obvious that they can't many albums at the same time.

It seems that Katy will never achieve top 10 with Unconditionally, it would be her first single outside top 10 since Thinking of You.

One Direction sold 533k and Emeli around 660k, and they have 11 days to overtake Emeli, so they have to sell 12k copies per day more than Emeli, it's very possible.

Last week after 2 days of sale robbie and 1D sold 28 k each, this week 33k, last week they sold over 120k so this week they should sell more than 120k. And X Factor could affected so far only 1 day of sale, so it's too soon to say that X Factor didn't help. And this year Christmas will be in the middle of next week, so a lot of pre Christmas shopping will be doing next week, so it's rather obvious that this week sales will be lower than last year.

Christmas week, and week after christmas it's a two different stories in christmas week there will be around 2 times better sale than week after. Last year:

Last year no. 4 sold 118k, if 1D will sell 118k, they will have 600k, and Emeli will be around 670, it will be extremely hard to catch Emeli by end of the year, unless this year no.4 will sell more than last, which isn't impossible.

So if Emeli will sell more during chart year (30th December 2012-28th december2013) and 1D will sell more between 1st january and 31st december, who will be crowned as the best album seller :rolleyes:

There wasn't any information how many copies Gary and Robbie sold last week, so i can't answer on your question. I think that last friday one direction could have around 35 k advantage over robbie, which means that this week he probably sold around 76k and 1D 75
