Gaga was at #9 on sunday's official chart not #7. She's been climbing consistently on itunes too (from the 80s earlier in the week to the 50s today) so I think she will be higher on sundays official chart even though itunes is a tiny part of the album chart...maybe 14 or 15 which is not too bad going in her 13th week! Not everyone can be Adele and people need to get used to this...gaga has always been a small consistent seller rather than having big week after big week. She's doing very well considering sales are in the toilet lately. The album market this year has basically been The good - Adele, gaga's first week...The bad - everything else. You and I has just premiered aswell which will keep BTW selling.

Do you still not get how the charts work? Whitney was at #12 when she peaked at #4 post X Factor....BEP were at #3 when they peaked at #1. Shakira was at #104 on itunes before debuting in the top 30 this week...so overall she climbed further than BEP & Whitney. Mimi wasnt in the top 100 before and is now in the 40s...she is doing very well.

I'm really pleased "Outta my head" is not selling much. It'll give it a better chance to peak higher and sell more when it is officially released.

"Did it again" is not officially released till December 14th and the video has only just been released to the music channels recently while "She wolf" is still getting commercial radio play. Before The X Factor she was at number 104 on itunes and she now at #19. So looking at things in a broad sense she's climbed higher than the BEPs who were at 3 and climbed two places to 1 after The X Factor.

I normally hate La Cyrus...but I have to admit this is a brilliant pop song. The chorus is immense.

He is on it briefly....but he isn't credited. Apparently he offered it to The Saturdays first and they turned it down.

The video is really, really good aswell though (incredible choreography) which might help.

Even if "I need you now" goes high top 20 (say #11 or #12) its still good for Agnes. It's a tough time of year and she's AATW which is really a small label. There still in profit as an artist with her - look at "Release me" they spent NOTHING on promo really and made loads back.

Mariah isn't performing this series. She is on Strictly TONIGHT though and Lily Allen next week which should give whould have known a kick up the ass! It's a shame Alesha isn't allowed to perform on Strictly anymore (the BBC said they can't be seen to be promoting her music...not that that stops Cowell promoting that thug Cheryl every week on ITV BUT I suppose that is a commercial network which is different) it would really have helped "To love again".

GaGa is on X Factor on Saturday 5th of December. That is the ONLY break in her tour and she's coming over for the Jingle bell ball aswell.
