UK country duo Ward Thomas debuted a country album at No.1 with CARTWHEELS in Sept 16, 2016. Making it 6 artists and not 5. In the official Charts write up it said "Morgan joins an elite group of artists - Taylor Swift, Shania Twain, Post Malone and Beyoncé - as the only acts in UK chart history to debut at Number 1 with a country album. )

Reading the threads regarding YTD sales (sales + streams) I'm wondering if a country album (country related) made the top 200 If so my guess it would be only these, any numbers thanks Ward Thomas - Restless Minds Sheryl Crow - THREADS

Ward Thomas ( twin sisters Catherine and Lizzy Ward-Thomas) are missing on the “B” BBC Radio 2 Playlist with their new single “The Good And The Right”. The Americana duo who hail from Petersfield, Hampshire recently appeared on Weekend Wogan. Their 4 track EP comes out on April 6th on iTunes

Hi Tyler I really like this song. I was thrilled that Lady Antebellum won Single Of The Year at the Country Music Awards in Nashville this week with 'I Run To You' which I play over and over. Produced by Victoria Shaw who has had her song ' I Love The Way You Love Me' cut by Boyzone giving them a #1. With Victoria and Lady A this is proving to be a winning combination. Lady Antebellum's live CMA Performance was "I Need You Now". Vocally they were not as good as the quality of the single suggests. Singer Hillary Scott looked absolutely gorgeous on the red carpet :) See CMT site
