We all know Amazon report on time so the Sunday mids is always heavily skewed towards songs doing well on it.

Tomorrow Christmas Wrapping will over take Move Over's stream total to be their 15th most streamed song on Spotify. Then there will only be Love Thing, Saturday Night Divas and NGUOTGT ahead of it album track wise in total streams. It should pass Love Thing and Saturday Night Divas before Christmas week.

Christmas Wrapping did 109.4k streams on Spotify yesterday.

A bit of an update on that, it is still crossing the ocean #doh Was never meant to be two drops but whoever processed the order forgot to actually place orders on some of the items. So has had to be done in two lots but the 2nd is now getting close to not arriving in time to guarentee delivery to the US market for Christmas and has already missed the deadline for the Aus market. These sorts of issues seem to stem from Bravado/Universal not really caring massively about the Spice Girls. They earn plenty from the band/brand without doing anything so any extra effort is done sloppily. It is annoying that the girls brand/music are with such a huge distributor/label where they aren't a priority and that they could do nothing ever again to promote the brand/music and Wannabe would still earn more money than most artists could wish for. Which is why I'm assuming every tshirt is pretty much the same pic just slightly different as it is just done as easily as possible. The thought going into these things is 'what is easiest' not what is best. The contract with Bravado is up for review early next year. As I've said before there are essentially two teams, Spice Girls team and Universal and they from what I understand don't always communicate well and see eye to eye. My fears for the documentary and a potential tour is they wont communicate well and work well together as pre usual. Like in 2019 the girls/team never even saw the GH picture disc until it went up for pre-order I seem to remember.

Lots of non UK people order off Amazon UK too, so 300 doesn't mean 300 sales for the UK chart.

That is a lot of dates, I really hope they haven't over done it based off the pre-sale as it wasn't really a pre-sale but a general sale. I had 3 friends on my social media who I had no idea were GA fans (they never have posted anything about them) who grabbed pre-sale tickets but notjing today in the general sale. They have plenty of time to flog tickets of course but based off the pre-sale you would have thought half or more of the dates would be instantly sold out today for the general sale.

I would assume Gary was the paid entertainment.

I think it is a good move to do this tour with no new music. Honour Sarah and give the fans something great after an awful couple of years. After this tour fair enough but I think they need to celebrate the band they were first before moving onto anything new.

On the tour poster on FB they are showing four dates sold out already but surely they didn't sell out the entire arena in pre sale. Normally loads of tickets are held back for the general sale?

I've seen a lot of tweets today about the price of tickets. I know their will be demand but they need to be careful not to price too many people out of tickets.

Yep until tickets go on sale it could all fall through. I think they maybe realise that the documentary will be massive promo for a tour though and it will probably mean they can do stadiums everywhere (if sensible size in certain areas) and cover pretty much everywhere in less than 50 dates and make absolutely massive amounts of money. In 2007 they didn't have nostalgia to sell tickets that they do now.

Tbf I cant fault the ornament, great quality, obviously over priced as everything is on an artist store. Pics of the umbrella actually look good too, it is a huge full size brolly. Cant comment on the necklace as it needs to be felt and held to determine quality. Surely the next drop has to be tomorrow as it says on their store orders by 1st December will ship to Australia before Christmas

Painful that Geri photoshopped a pic of herself with the tshirt on. Victoria controls her image to the max but it makes you think when she can stick on a tshirt and take a selfie but Geri wont. Geri also wouldn't wear the first ever anniversary merch drop on the set of coinmaster adverts, she just held the mug.

She really doesn't need to be responding to random people on insta, just makes her look petty. I think that response comes from being defensive as she knows her solo career isn't going well so far.

Could well be or people are just dumb and confusing the two bands. Christmas Wrapping did over 42k streams yesterday more than WDYTYA and Viva Forever. Wont be long before it is doing more than everything bar Wannabe.

If I had to guess Geri green lit a 4 piece tour again last month, probably the day she posted a video of herself making 'ginger tea' to SUYL playing with a cheeky smile. The Spice Girls tiktok have a few days ago pinned the anniversary post of the 4 of them kicking of SW19. The website is being updated slowly (they have ditched the Spiceworld25 logo on the home page and now started changing the covers in the video section). The 4 announce the tour the week of the documentary dropping in March, big 30th anniversary celebration with the documentary providing promo. US/Aus/UK dates, late 2024 to Summer 2025, Glastonbury with Victoria, 5 dates at Wembley late summer 2024 with Victoria to finally play Wembley as 5 and if they never tour/perform again a perfect place to finish.

Well one word can answer those questions - Geri. The release date is interesting as that is the date I'm expecting the documentary to either release or the first big trailer. If it is for the 30th anniversary the only solid date from 1994 is the day of the audition which was very early March iirc. Would make sense to have it out when hype and interest is at max.

Christmas Wrapping up to 8th on their most popular on Spotify. It did over 36k streams yesterday. Stop usually does around 75-85k a day, so you can see already how well it is doing given it is still a week before we even hit December.
