As Jay said those totals are purely from downloads and streams which didn't come into play till long after they had disbanded. So those sales are basically on what gets pushed and is more remembered in the digital age and I think we can all agree Holler is basically a forgotten single compared to Viva Forever especially when it comes to the girls and their social media.

SUYL did 166k on Spotify in yesterdays update. It normally does around 60k so big increase thanks to the Barbie movie. The Barbie playlist is now on 337k likes.

SUYL did 136k yesterday on Spotify which is huge for it. Double what it usually does. Monthly listeners were up 49k in one day too.

They are saying on Spice Circle that the rubix cube has sold out already.

When I checked late last night the Barbie playlist had 124k followers, 192k now. Looks like it could end up being a popular playlist for SUYL to be on. Will be interesting to see if SUYL daily streams have a big boost.

I guess as fans it is best we just look at all this as a bonus and take what we like from the 25th anniversary releases and ignore the rest. I'm with Jay that I barely ever order the clothes but have the rubix cube. They cant cater to everyone all the time.

SW25 gave us Step to me which fans have crowed about for years. That and WOMAN have been the two songs fans never shut up about. I think the online content was absolutely spot on tbh. Perfect lyric video for Step to me, the SUYL video was a revelation of colour, Move Over live finally online in great quality, a montage video for fan fave NGUOTGT, Stop was a cute addition to the original video, Too Much without the annoying movie clips finally and the gorgeous Viva Forever lyric video. I didn't mind the design of SW25, I personally think the CD looks much classier than Spice25. The two big let downs were the quality of live tracks/not enough new material and the CD being postponed so its sales were not concentrated into one week. Oh and the stressball was terrible but then the merch for Spice25 was not great either. The mess with the Spice25 slipmats was truly terrible as was shipping out of the physicals.

For once it isn't Wannabe getting the spotlight and playlisting too!

Am I allowed to say I have much preferred the SW25 era to Spice25. Spice25 was basically over after the first week of release. I like how each single has had a moment to shine for SW25. Much more online content too which is what I am looking for.

Wannabe is a re-entry at #53 on the UK physical singles chart. Its 157th week on the chart.

I think the lyric video might be one of my favourite things they have ever done. I love the darkness of it.

Ordered the rubix cube and stickers. Yeah they are very expensive but I work hard and am treating myself. Baffled about the Manchester footage not being fully uploaded unless they have plans for it for the documentary or Wembley '98 25th anniversary.

The lyric video is gorgeous, I love the darkness and spooky feeling to it as it is what images my mind has when listening to the song. Thumbs up top job. The merch is ok, I'll get the rubix cube as it is a nice and different item. As always the clothes don't interest me at all. They HAVE to release the Manchester 98 footage in full to youtube or we riot.

Tbf they are putting more emphasis on Viva Forever's 25th anniversary before the actual anniversary day than any other single. Every other one has been total radio silence about celebrating a singles 25th anniversary until the actual day.

Another Melanie C song I'll never listen to again. I mean hopefully it does well but it is just crap (to me). She has so many of these songs with various artists that are just not worth listening to ever again, Stop crying your heart out, He aint heavy, the one she did with Asia got talent.

The production on this is flat as a pancake. Claire is belting the chorus to this meek background beat. It makes it all just feel very nothingy.

Hopefully SUYL streams will go through the roof. I have no intrrest in the Barbie movie but the promo for it has been absolutely unavoidable. Whoever is sorting promo for it deserves a raise. I assume it will do big numbers at the box office.

It would defo be funny to see Mama go Silver as well as platinum.

I wish the US did automatic cert updates. Seeing how out of date their certs are is painful. Spice will eventually go diamond as will Wannabe and it is just ridiculous if they don't get certs for that.
